Vonna knocked it out of the park! 2 months of runaround, after a death, solved. She made my problem, her problem all the while teaching her employees "Customer Service." Thank you Vonna! With that said, stay away from Brandon (store manager) and the Bayshore location. They are absolutely useless!

Vonna, store manager, was outstanding with her willingness to help to solve my problem. Prior to talking to her I had been dealing with 7 or 8 people at customer service with no one solving the situation.

Most horrible experience ever!!!! I am exhausted of explaining what happened at this location, just don’t go there. They will lie to you and screw up your t- mobile plan, bill, everything. They will not help you fix the problem, they will tell to call customer service or wait until next bill to get it right. Almost 4 month past and I still have billing and promotions problems. Your first visit there you will get a nice smile and a bunch of lies about promotions and phone upgrades that sounds to good to be true. Be aware!

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Vonna and Adriana took care of us today. They where able to cut our bill almost in half. Took so much time and effort working on all the issues we had on our account. These ladies need a raise!! Absolutely wonderful people!! Thank you again for your services today and all the help!

Worst customer service experience for a new client.Yesterday I got 3 new phones delivered by UPS and need them to be activated SO I went to the store to have them activated and after I explained a women (because I can’t calle her a lady)of what I needed she moved away with no explanation and came back about 8 minutes later to say that because si did not purchased them at that specific location they could not activate the phones.I insisted that regardless of where I purchased them they should be able to do it since they were from T-mobile as a long hole company she simply said no and walked away..That is a great way to lose clients because from now on I will go to a different store to purchase accessories.

Jackson Fox,I'd like to let you know about my horrible experience at the local T mobile store on Oklahoma/Chase Ave. Upon entering the store on April 7th, 2023, I purchased a new phone and paid the activation fee as well. That is all I requested. The amount completely changed to a much higher amount after one of your employees added all the extras that I never asked for. (Cell phone case, screen protector, protection plan, etc). I specifically state that I didn't want anything other than what I requested. She never once offered it to me. Instead, she took it upon herself to add it into my final bill. I demanded she remove those extras charges. She gave me an attitude in doing so. I just now realized that after several weeks, this same employee at your retail store put in a protection plan without my authorization! Very unprofessional and deceptive. Your employee needs to be retrained or fired for being dishonest and committing fraudulent charges to my account. In addition, I will leave a much needed review on the scams that are being taken place at your store in hopes that this doesn't happen again to us loyal customers.John

Beware of this store trying to give you deals or “free” Apple Watch with a new phone purchase because it’s a lie. After purchasing a new iPhone, the manager informed me that there was a promotion going on and that I would get a free Apple Watch with it. Turns out that there was no such promotion going on ( which was verified by T-Mobile customer service tech) and they were lying. Rather shady way of doing business but perhaps they think no one will report or complain or often times ever check what they are being charged for. I’m grateful for the T-Mobile techs working behind the scenes trying to fix the mess they make. Stay away from this specific store or double check everything you are actually buying.

The store staff were all very kind. They assisted me with all of my questions. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Shana who assisted me with my purchase! I highly recommend working with her if given the opportunity!

I wouldn’t go here… I got a new iPhone and the lady said I can get an Apple Watch with my phone. We asked several times does it come with another line and she said no. Turns out it did and we took it back the next day. Then I was still being charged for the watch I returned. The lady also said it was mandatory to have apple care for the first 6 months, turns out that was false as well. Not sure what the point of lying is I just wouldn’t go to this location again.
