I went to this T Mobile store and the staff was not friendly and disrespectful. When I asked for assistance they were not willing to help. I will never go back again.

Visited store on the way home from grocery shopping, There were two female employees standing in between the far tables, - one black, one white. There were also a couple of other people standing close by them but not holding any conversation. I walked up to the 1st table and stopped about 8 feet away waiting to see if one of them would greet me. The white employee simply said "yes" after a few uncomfortable moments. I wanted to know what monthly charge would be required to obtain service if I supplied my own unlocked iPhone. She deferred to the black employee and the black woman simply told me that it would be $75. Not having visited cell phone stores much in the past, I was taken aback by both the apparent disinterest towards a potential sale that was being displayed and the unfriendly manner in which each of them spoke. They acted as if answering questions from a potential customer wasn't part of their job description. It was as if they just didn't want to be bothered with it. I suppose they were hoping that I would quickly leave the store so that they could again begin conversing with the other two people (their friends?) that were standing near to them.

I checked the reviews before going, and went specifically because of the high reviews.However was not pleased with the dismissive, disengaged service we received.We came in to purchase a new phone on an existing business account to replace one that had been recently stolen.The young lady that serviced us, Princess or Bridgett, her name escapes me. She was dismissive, as though it was not her job to provide information or service. She was not personable at all. We needed to ask follow up clarifying questions, rather than her just providing full information about the service/product/plan/changes. It was not a pleasant experience. Her attitude was blah overall.

The young lady at this location was nice she kinda of gave some wrong information but my aunt and I figured out what we needed to do.She also had her children on the job which kept enter fearing while she try helping customers.

This T-mobile store is outstanding in customer service. We've been to other locations that seemed like they were disgusted that we had questioms & wanted help. We will be using this location from now on & telling our frienfs & famiy to go thete.

Only t-mobile location that actually has common sense, common courtesy, respect for others and consideration for people with disabilities. S27th & Miller Park are both terrible stores especially with overall customer service
