I would like to commend Simon at your Good hope store.I spent many hours on line with T mobile Tech support, Google FI and the number porting team in attempts to make my Pixel phone work with T Mobile as the carrier.They had all pointed to the other organization as the issue.I was about to cancel my internet and phone contract with T-mobile when I decided to take my phone to the store on Good Hope Milwaukee in a last ditch attempt to make it work.Simon took on the task to make it work and although it took him aroundan hour he was determine to succeed.That is what (as an ex service manager for GE ) I call exceptional service

Knowledgeable reps that actually do want to help…they didn’t have the phone I wanted but they went to another location to get the phone and brought it for me so I didn’t have to drive around. That is what I call going above and beyond! Definitely recommend this location to everyone. I’ll be back to upgrade another line soon.

My family arrived at the store frustrated with our phone service and skeptical about cell phone plans. But, Quintin made the visit surprisingly pleasurable. He listened to our concerns, asked questions and searched for offerings that suited our needs. We ended up with a plan and phones we are pleased with. Quintin’s patience and customer service were refreshing, going over and above what we expected.

The employee behind the counter was very polite and professional.Employees need to work on telling other customers to wear their facial mask over their nose and mouth and if customers refuse they need to be asked by employee to leave the store untill they put on a mask correct way because it is putting me and others customers at risk for getting COVID-19. They do have floor signs for social distancing. This is not the first time I have been to this store and there have been problems with people wearing mask. T- mobile what is your policy for your employees concerning mask?

The Sales Rep and Manager of this location are Awesome guys, 5 stars for their service despite the pathetic Revvl I purchased in IL..my Bluetooth hasn't worked since I got the phone 2 days ago but it magically started working when I came in here..Thanks Guys
