I made the horrible mistake of using this absolute joke of an establishment to mail a freshly overhauled, priceless, vintage saxophone… long story short, it was somehow LOST in the store after I dropped it off (AKA stolen by an employee), and they claimed zero liability in the situation. Real professional operation you have going there, guys!! If I could give you zero stars I would… I no longer use UPS for any of my shipping needs. Avoid this location like the plague!!

I love this store! The owner, Prahlad, is so helpful and efficient. I ship a lot of large items, and he is always able to order specialty boxes very quickly. His team’s packing skills are second to none. I have never had any very fragile items broken, which is always amazing given how far some items travel. If you are on the north side of MKE, you should make Prahlad’s UPS Store your go-to location for all your shipping needs. Absolutely top notch, personal service! The best by far!

Nice store, most of the staff are friendly (a few, not so much, but that doesn't happen often). Everyone is super-efficient though. I've been a continuous customer from this place for a few years now.

My business closed so no one is at the desk to receive parcels now. I tried to speak to a rep about this at the national level and the local level but no one could or would help me. Trying to navigate the AI phone system was a huge waste of time. UPS does not have this technology sufficiently figured out to be of any use to customers like me. Even my time at the Post Office today was more productive!

Closed early despite business listed times. I was at the door two minutes before closing with a huge, heavy, uncomfortable package and they locked the doors on me.

Do not come here. This place is a joke. Go to Digicopy up the road.1) I arrived at open for an emergency print job for a conference we were hosting downtown. The owner arrived 15 minutes late.2) They charge an extra $2 to use the computer to print off a USB stick (and that is if you move fast...they charge by the minute).3) They charge three times as much as nearby peers (again, see the Digicopy)4) The printer jammed 20 pages in, resulting in the manager fiddling with it for twenty minutes before realizing I'll need a refund.5) "$350!...ughhh" the manager exclaimed as he realized he had lost a sizable amount of revenue. THEN, he didn't know how to refund, resulting in two different random valued credit card refunds, and an additional cash refund of the remaining balance, which I had to double check by hand...I wasted an hour of my time and all I got was 6 receipts and $7.64 in my own cash that I didn't want.Do. Not. Come. Here.

I walked in and said "Hello" twice and was ignored. Servicing and not acknowledging me with a simple "Hello" is rude. I don't know the employee's name but they look like "Ham" from the movie, The Sandlot. Do better.

It’s about time I wrote a review for this amazing business! I have been one of their mailbox holders since this store was at their previous Ogden Avenue location.Most of the staff have my mailbox number memorized, the owner checks in with me to see if I have special requests, and my Amazon package returns are easy to process and mail.I look forward to renting the mailbox and using the services provided by this UPS Store into the future.

This is an awesome UPS Store! The friendly team is always welcoming, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I have used this convenient location for years and even when its busy, the lines move fast.

Miserable employees give miserable customer service.Hey owner we need to talk about a stolen prescriptionRe-editThe issue is an opened package, not its visible condition. I understand you believe that you have your t’s crossed and i’s dotted but if you were serious about resolving this issue in a professional manner, you would’ve done three things by now. One you would’ve contacted me personally by phone. Two you would have established whether or not your employee has a legitimate prescription. And you would have drug tested that employee no I will not come into the store because I will confront the employee if I see them. I think it’s better if we keep this out in the open and everyone, the public, can see how you handle your affairs.And you owe me five bucks

Had a package shipped to the store from Best Buy as an Access Point, and it was marked as free shipping. Surprised with a $5 storage fee even though I picked up within hours of delivery.

We walked into the store to ship something. My package had to be repacked as i brought it in haste. Staff and Owner are exceptional. They helped me with all the packing. They went an extra mile.
