They tried to charge me $3 to tape a “no box, no label” Amazon return. The box was delivered ripped, so that’s on Amazon to begin with, plus$3?! Dude, I can buy two rolls of tape for $3. If people don’t know any better they may be paying these ridiculous fees. A free return that says no box, no label doesn’t require tape. Next time I will bring it without the protective corners and box. Never coming to this location again!

I didn't know what I was doing when I got in the store I just hit the guy in the box that I had from Amazon and he directed me to how I needed a barcode to scan. He scanned the barcode and it was easy as one, two, three

Usually at this location everyone is friendly. This time the individual that took care of me was very rude. He was unable to scan the label, instead of trying to position it another way. He responded in a very rude tone saying I can’t scan this, so I position it another way.

Convenient location, but as others have posted they don't follow Amazon's rules for returning packages - so make sure to bring your own boxes or they will way over charge you. Customer service is meh, but again it's a convenient location so you have to deal with it sometimes

The guys up front were great. But the store sucks. They charge $2.50 to print each label if you email them. Such an over charge. 1 star for me

This is the first ups store that won't accept an Amazon return unless the label is printed out and the item is in its own box. Customer service was rude & offered no solution to my lack of home printer without paying for theirs.

As with any business, I think any person conversations should stop when customers come in. I don't wanna hear majority of what people talk about when I am conducting business.Upside, it was clean inside.

The workers here went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us. We messed up when packing boxes for our son's move. They assisted us in repacking and making sure that everything was set to ship. The packages arrived undamaged. AMAZING customer service.

Horrible to do business with. I submitted a print job online which was supposed to be done at 2 pm. No one notified us the printer was down and that they wouldn't complete our order at all until after we showed up to pick it up. Even then, getting it cancelled and being reimbursed was a huge hassle. Be forewarned- take your business elsewhere.
