First day of snow this year in Wisconsin and I drop by to grab some lunch. I've been to 12 states this year, and by far this is the best all around Wendy's experience I've received in many years. Not only was the positive vibe in the building great, but you can tell that the employees work well as a team, in good spirits and productivity. So refreshing to see and feel as of late. Someone in the kitchen back there was cooking with love because I know it's just Wendy's, but everything was amazing. Thank you so much to the staff and keep it up. You are a doing a wonderful job and are a great example for businesses around you.

I always have to cancel my online orders at this location because the drive-thru line is always so backed up when I arrive. And the line doesn't move. They've permanently locked the dining room, so I can't pick up my order inside, even though the app shows the dining room being open.I wonder if the franchisee knows they're probably only making a third of what they *could* make.?Here's a photo of the line still not moving as I drive off after canceling my online order.
