Everytime I tried to call family member I was put on hold for almost an hour, or they hung up on me. The hospital is great in person. But the communication services need help desperately.

Night Shift front receptionists from emergency were being very rude and disrespectful to people. Once I got in a room I was told I had to do a pee test to see if I was pregnant even though I said I wasn’t and when I did the pee sample the nurse was no where to be found I had to find someone else to give it to.

I was treated with courtesy and respect. I felt the care I recieved was excellent. I just wish they had a pharmacy on-site so I didn't need to drive around trying to find a 24 hour pharmacy.
