The store is clean and organized employee was helpful but the tire plug that I bought was dry and I couldn't even plug my tire with it.

Decent prices and selection, but don't expect a lot in the way of customer service. Online order said it would be ready in 30 minutes and I'd receive an email. Called after 6 hours and they said it was ready, then I received an email indicating it was ready.When I stopped in to pick up the order, 5 people behind the counter ignored me while they discussed something about a vendor dropping off some flyers or something. Had to ask for help with picking up an order before anyone acknowledged me, and then it was like I was interrupting something. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

I went in looking for some big truck parts. Airline fittings, quick release ones come to find out. This particular Napa doesn't stock that kind of item very surprised at that!

Bought some things here and the manager or whoever he was, talked to an employee in a very disgusting way. If I was talked to like that I would have dropped him.

Very unfriendly staff; unhelpful.I was treated like a nuisance for asking for help when finding a part for my car. Had to ask 2 different associates, and the second rolled his eyes and sighed as he showed me what I needed.

Ordered a battery and terminal brush at 8:00 a.m.Called store at 11:30 to check status of pick up. I was told they were waiting on brush and it would be an hour. Now it is 3:00 and still no email about order ready. So now they can keep both items and I will do business elsewhere

Excellent! Stopped in when I was having car trouble, wasn't an easy fix, the staff helped me out. Got me in touch with a tow company and let me sit inside while I waited, on a cold night. Super appreciated! NAPA, this store is solid! Thank you.
