Target returns have always been fast and easy for me, especially if I used my Red Card, which I always do. I don't even look for my receipt.

This is the second time I’ve done a pick up order. This Target always seems to have product in stock. They are fast efficient and accurate. The employees that brought out my orders both times were very personable and pleasant.Very much appreciatedThank You!

Maybe I'm just getting old, but after I enter through the main doors, I need to walk to the other side of the store to pick up something at CVS (in-store drugstore). That is like a long city block. It should have its own door. But my real pet peeve is, last week I wanted to pick up something from the computer/electronics area. I walked the length of the store several times, looking for a sign that said "Computers." I didn't find one. The pet peeve? Target seems more cluttered and less organized than the old days. Last year I actually couldn't find the exit. Oh well.

Went to the optical. They were great and friendly. Suggested this new lens and with the new lens I was able to get smaller frames ( haven't had small frames in such a long time).

if i could rate it less than one star i would. i was more than thrilled to go look at halloween animatronics & when i got there they were all non-functional. how am i supposed to want to purchase a disabled character ?! this isnt inclusive and extremely disappointing. it didnt dance & the employees preformed a surgical voice box removal. (larynx). i am nothing but disappointed and hurt.

Not many employees visible and only the self service checkouts were open. Too many people assigned to e commerce and not enough for inperson help.

Nice selection of items. Target has gotten a little more expensive then they once were. I'm not sure who is their purchaser for women's clothing is but the majority of items are horrible! The fabric is scratchy and styles are reminiscent of the 70s but not the cool stuff of the 70s.

I had to exchange a pair of shoes for one of my sons. The service counter had no wait, was very clean and they were extremely polite. Very easy and efficient process for exchanges even when I left the receipt at home. Found what we needed fast(very organized) and had an all around great shopping experience!

Spent an hour looking at clothes. Went to try them on and there was a handwritten note that said “fitting rooms close at 8pm”. In the meantime staff were standing around talking the whole time. Thanks for letting me know. I’m so stupid.

Awful customer service. I placed an online order for Christmas and included was a $50 promotional gift card. We were unable to pickup the items due to a funeral, and the rude team lead told me she could offer an apology, but could not extend the order. I was told the item was placed back on the shelf and I could reorder the present, but would not get the discount or the promotional gift card. She laughed at my frustration and told me there was nothing she would do.

Friendly & attentive staff throughout the store. Easy to find the products we were looking for & easy checkout as well. The store was well kept & clean.
