My boyfriend and I went because of phone issues and the experience was iffy. We walked in, knowing what we wanted and the worker didn't give us that option. He only gave us the option of 2 phones that weren't even that great.Along with this, he wasn't listening to what my boyfriend was trying to say and just kept talking. My boyfriend had questions and also wanted to correct the worker with what we actually wanted. I personally don't have metro t-mobile, he does, but being in his footsteps I would be frustrated and it makes me not want to switch here in the future.

This place is a dump. The guy Pablo is super rude and lies about everything trying to intimidate you into buying stuff you don’t need or signing up for plans you don’t want. He even shorted me $.03 on my change and tried to short me all of my change. This place should be shut down or at least Pablo should be fired. He attempted raise his voice until he realized the best thing to do would be shut up. I had to argue with him for 15 minutes before he finally excepted “no” for an answer after trying to force me to take a plan I didn’t need and buy a tablet I didn’t want.

Went in and asked for the Samsung galaxy a23 cause the website said I had to go to a store to make the purchase and was sold an older model the a14 I'm guessing they didn't have what I wanted which is what should've been told to me and I could've went to a metro that had what I actually asked for.... so seems dishonest and sneaky adding on insurance change I didn't ask for as well also didnt show me at the time of purchase what i was actually paying for on paper just kept typing numbers in on a calculator so that cane off as shady to me as well... a lot of the signs about plan prices were in another language so also not helpful nor useful and adds on to the shady experience.

So, I've been sitting here in front of the store, before noon on a Sunday, and it's now 12:30 but there's no one here. Why even post a schedule on the door if the establishment, or the employees, open whenever they feel like it? This seems to be an ongoing thing nowadays.

Please avoid this store if you value your money an individual by the name of moe likes to lie about prices. Tried to sell a 200$ phone for 230 and inflate the total to 280 lol i went to the South ridge store and got the same phone for 236 total lol. The rep at South ridge is well aware of moe (as the stores are connected) and informed me on how to file a complaint and informed me that "moe" was not suppose to be inflating prices like with my previous experience. Needless to say i love metros network. But i will probably make a switch soon to t mobile just to have consistency in service when i need a phone or something

Let me begin by telling you that MOE, the store manager,axe.this experience enjoyable. He is a wealth of knowledge that helped me pick the right plan and explained everything in precise detail. I will definitely be back to upgrade. Thx Moe!
