I drive all the way up from Danville Illinois to be here to sign for the package. I was sitting in front of my house waiting, the driver never even came and the update claimed there was s failed delivery attempt. One more year and one more failed business model. Now ups doesn’t even want to deliver the packages they get paid to deliver. They want to dump them off at cvs where an already overwhelmed staff has to now deal with ups’s irresponsibility. I have to drive back to Danville today for work and they claim my package cannot be picked up till tomorrow. My daughters will not be getting her gift in time for Christmas, thanks ups.

Package was delayed because of natural disaster? My Package was already at oak creek and departed for delivery and the weather was perfect. I'm assuming the driver didn't want to come up my driveway and get the required signature. Usually they just dump it at the end of the driveway. Lazy drivers. Hire some real help like amazon.

If you're extremely fortunate, you will be serviced by Tin & Liz. OH MY GOD! They listened to me, advised me of my options and assisted me with the creation of my label ... all in a kind, caring and professional manner. Thank you Tin & Liz... your kindness touched me profoundly... so much so that I actually teared up a bit as I exited the parking lot.

This is an excellent facility. I went to this facility earlier today with a pair of pants I needed to return to USPS. One they identified that literally immediately when I walked in, two they gave me a bag so I didn't need to purchase one at the post office, three a worker ran back outside and gave me a packing slip holder so I wouldn't need to purchase tape when I got to the post office. I know I didn't use their services today, but I am sold - I will forever be coming to this UPS for any shipping. 5/5 experience!

1. What is with all these robotic responses. There are 15 different issued and the generic responses.2. Why do you ups make us jump thur many hoops just to receive a package do have to take a vacation from work just to receive the package but if I don't you just leave a warning of an attempt and return to sender which makes us ( the customer) have to beg the seller to resend then make us paid to resend it ! Why cant you be like amazon FedEx or usps and just drop the package and let us know. This is to frustrating and tomuch work to get a simple package. ?

No customer representative to speak to. Thief in the house stole two separate packages from Temu than discarded the package and stated merchandise is missing. Do you know those bags need a scissors to open? Thief in the house is what it is. Two separate packages and both state that when tracked. Again.....THIEF IN THE HOUSE!!!! BETTER CHECK YOUR Cmeras!!!!

Normally I have zero issues, but the last delivery the driver literally delivered the package to the fenced in property across the street from my front door. I had to watch my security camera to see where he dropped it. I complained to UPS and supposedly a supervisor was going to call me to discuss it so they could confront the driver about his, I'll call it, a bad decision. But I never got the call so it just proves that nobody cares. Thank God I have cameras and nice neighbors that told me where they say the UPS guy go.

To be clear the Guy at the reception was nice enough to look up my package and realized UPS did not complete the Next Day shipment to me which cost me $25. He confirmed it was in the UPS Oak Creek but it it never got out to be delivered. In other words, it was lost inside the Oak Creek building or stolen. He was cool and sympathetic about my situation.This in an envelope containing and important document and I needed it fulfill my BIG obligation$. The Guy at the reception escalated to someone in the Office to see if they can help. Who ever he spoke to, just said I should file a claim after seeing it is not delivered. There was not extra help there.That person, did not offer to look or search my package for a short bit within Oak Creek facility and see if they can locate it. I am pissed because this has caused me a huge inconvenience than UPS will ever know or care as to how much damage this has done to me.Bottom line is DON"T USE UPS. This Location needs a better customer Care Team. I had to drive 20 miles to fetch for my package because their Automated system does not let you speak to anyone. The On-line tracking just says Delayed, On way and it has been over a week for a Next Day delivery.STAY AWAY FROM UPS! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER SHIPPER. This is a 50/50 chance company and you may get your item or lost/Stolen and you won't have their support.

I’ve only lived in the Oak Creek-Franklin area since spring 2023, but I’ve had packages delivered by UPS 7 times in the last five months and not once have they come remotely close to the time they gave for delivery. This is the worst UPS distribution hub I’ve had to put up with!Shameful!

They managed to lose my package with family heirlooms that can’t be replaced. Package has been delayed for a week, went and ask them about it, was told that I’m better off filing a claim because they no longer know where the package is in the building.

Very poor service from UPS, the driver is incompetent in doing his job. The address was the same one I used before, and I never had an issue. The supervisor was even incompetent with her customer service.

Won’t delivery. They will send a message or paste a sticker on the door saying “we missed you “ or “ ran into an issue “. I think UPS stands for “United Parcel Stickers”!

UPS has been disappointing me since 1999. The service is truly horrible for what they charge and the promises they make.When it's a "no signature required" package, they leave their post-it note the first 2 attempts. Then they finally leave it on my porch the 3rd attempt. If no signature is required, why not just leave it the first time?If a signature is required, they don't even ring the doorbell. They post-it note your door and carry on. If you want your package, expect to sit on your porch all day waiting for them.Don't bother with customer service. They just make promises that they have no intention on following through with.I'm done with UPS.I have already contacted all of the businesses that I deal with, that use UPS, to let them know that I won't be doing anymore business with them until they switch to FedEx or USPS.Edit:Your copy/paste response is as lazy and unacceptable as your service.

This facility lost my package and ups put me in touch with the manager of the facility who called to tell me that “ they don’t have it and that I should contact UPS” - even though it showed the package had been at their facility for 2 days already. I told her it’s a pretty recognizable package since it’s a cloth box that’s branded and she could care less. Horrible service and horrible management at this facility!

I've ordered a package from my sponsor, and it's claimed to be "on the way" for at least 4+ days. They've reported a damage on my package. I still WANT IT so why haven't you delivered? Why is it taking this long?
