Very rude and no bedside manner at all. I spoke with Sandy and she had an attitude the entire time. Decided to bring my animals elsewhere after that phone call.

Very rude and unprofessional. Brought in my cat only to be given the wrong treatment and sent home with meds for cat that they didn't even know how to use. I never heard so many "I don't knows" let alone no direct communication. Like they talk to you through the conversation between themselves. And they didn't even know the price of the meds or how to charge me for it. Very awkward. Do not recommend.

I took one of my dogs here back in June to be neutered. They were very nice and they were very good with him! I was told they were very rude before I called to make the appointment, but every experience I've had with them has been just the opposite! I will be taking all my pets here in the future!

We took our new puppy here and they were so helpful with scheduling appointments and checking in how she was doing afterwards. They are very knowledgeable and really care about the animals
