Regardless of how much I like the brand, I am thoroughly disgusted after seeing a male employee consistently picking his nose and touching merchandise. He had additional hygiene issues and the lack of decency is enough for me to not want to return. Very disappointed.

Tis the season! . . . For great holiday sales and great customer service! Haven’t always had the best experience with some of these stores but Aramis, Scott, and Adam made our shopping experience great. Lots of stuff for 50% off right now and everyone dealt with all my questions and pestering with service and a smile. Def coming back for hiking gear next year!

We love Eddie Bauer products.For the most part we have good experience in this location but on last Friday we had a very poor customer experience.This was really disappointed us.

We always seem to find clothing at reasonable discount pricing here, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Worth the drive.

Customer service and the quality of the apparel at the outlet have really gone downhill. I have had zippers break on three of their packable down coats. The first two were exchanged on the spot when they verified my purchase by looking up my phone number. Yesterday I stopped in with another one and was told they have a new computer system and can't look up anything and that everything requires an original receipt."Live your adventure"? Not in their packable down coats they snag on everything. And that's true of the outlet and the retail store.I get that retailers want all the customers they can get and mislead those same customers into thinking the oulets and the retail stores are one and the same. They're not. I wouldn't have cared either - until yesterday.

The first time you go shopping, you can feel the differential treatment by the store staff.

There was something wrong with the placement of the merchandise displayed in the store, and they actually blamed neighboring customers and demanded that it be restored to its original state. Is this the attitude that store service staff should have? Isn’t the neatly arranged merchandise the value of your existence?
Although I was not a party involved and saw it on site, I felt that this way of handling was very bad and the quality of on-site customer service personnel should be improved.

Pleasant Prairie Shops, isn’t like it used to be, especially Eddie Bauer, I purchased four shirts, Women’s, two were “On Sale” marked down from $69, to $54, when I returned home, I went to Eddie Bauer website, to find out, these same exact shirts, were $34 - I’ve always enjoyed Eddie Bauer, but won’t be returning- ripped off

Love the clothes. Middle aged dad that stays fairly active in the outdoors. I live in Eddie Bauer clothes at the office and on my daily adventures. The staff at this location are over the top helpful. Stop in and gear up.
