I normally do not write negative reviews but the online sales rep of best buy sucks, they will miss inform you and deceive you, their only goal is to make you buy things and for that they will say whatever you wanna hear to make you go for the purchase.

I purchased an egift card, the system tells you you'll receive it within 2-3 hours. Never got it. I contact them and an agent tells me within 24 hours. 24 hours later, no gift card. I contact them again only to be told they don't know when I'll receive it, just "soon." There's no way for them to expedite the order or really address your concern. They just say it's up to their verification team, who they have no way of contacting. So buy an egift card and you essentially have no idea when you're going to get it. Terrible business model.

an employee with gross hair yelled at my child with DOWN SYNDROME. WHAT ADULT YELLS AT A DISABLED CHILD??!?!??!?? then, i purchased a leap frog tablet for my poor son who just experienced a traumatic experience and i opened the box when we got to our dwelling and there was a ROTTEN BANANA. WHAT?????

Could not find the adapter listed on the website anywhere in the store. A lot of associates were just standing around doing nothing and no one came up to me to greet me or ask me if I needed help. I finally asked someone who looked up the adapter on the store mobile device and also could not find it. Finally bought a cable instead of the adapter, overpriced but needed it right away

I'm excited about my purchase. I researched the 43" Pioneer SMART TV after viewing several other expensive brands and this one so far is perfect for me. The picture is clear and sounds great! I was worried it would have that unreal image but it doesn't. And the price was even better! Check out Steve Tech on YouTube for info on purchasing a TV. This one was $169.99! Works for me.. Quick checkout and a young lady carried the TV to my car.

I came in to purchase a laptop. From the moment i walked in i was greeted by very friendly staff. He directed me to the right area of the store and made sure an Associate was waiting for me....She answered all my questions and concerns...was not pushy, very friendly. I will be back ...Thank you Best Buy!

Updated Review - 1/6/24: The best and fastest experience I have had in a long time at a retail store. I pre-ordered an item online and went in to pick it up. There was no line. The cashier was friendly and helpful… And smiled! I gave her my information, then she went and got my item off the shelf behind her and I was out of there. Less than 5 minutes! Incredible! Believe it or not, I was able to purchase this item and get it faster than A*****n…. for the same price.——————————-I hadn’t been to Best Buy for a while, but I needed a last minute Christmas present. I knew Best Buy would have it…. and of course they did. They had some amazing items in the store that were well priced. There were people throughout the store to help you find something… or answer any questions you might have. I had a good experience shopping at Best Buy.

They have cut down the video games inventory. I checked around the store, and there is not much there that interests me to keep me shopping there.
