A friend of mine rented a 10-12 passenger Van. When she checked it over the one She got in Racine has broken tire belts in 3 of the 4 tires, and pulls hard to the right. Also wires sticking out of the tires. She said the girl that was working there didn’t look like she really wanted to be there. Her husband had to take off work early to go up to Milwaukee to get a different vehicle and the Racine office wasn’t sure if the Milwaukee office would be able to accommodate the vehicle they had reserved. SMH I will never rent a car from here.

Worst place to do business. Went in to get my renal that I reserved months in advance and they didn't have my rental and had no cars at any location for me to pick up. Will never do this again. WORST COMPANY

This review is for budget as a company, not this specific location.This is the worst and most unprofessional company I've ever had the displeasure of using. I was told one thing by the sales representative just to be told by the employee at budget that they do not do that. In totality, the company gave me false information and promises three times. Do NOT use this company because they will not honor their word.

GO SOME WHERE ELSE! ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Unreliable, you will be highly disappointed. I booked a 12 passenger van a month before my trip and they canceled my reservation the day before pick up. And they tell me this the day before I need the van. They even sent a confirmation email 2 days before. I think they didn't really have a vehicle available. But they screwed us good and didn't care. This was the Racine, WI location. Zero stars they don't deserve one.

Affordable rental service. Attached to a large hotel which is convenient. It's a little hard to find because the sign is extremely tiny but if you find Delta hotel then it's off to the left of the main entrance.

Went on the web site to book a car for 4 days in Newark Airport, the first time I put my Fastbreak Number in all was fine, and the Pricing looked OK at $350. I turned to take a call, and when I returned and refreshed the screen in 10 minutes the price jumped to double at $700. I tried to Chat with someone but they ended up blatantly telling me that Loyal Fast Break Customers do not the Promotional Rates. So I don't suggest you use them because they are scamming loyal customers. I went Expedia and Advantage car rental instead, and they had the same car for $312 for the 4 days.

We just had the worst rental experience with Budget Rental Car. We made a reservation earlier this month through the Costco Travel website for a full-size sedan for our vacation. Got to the Racine Marriott Budget location 30 minutes after our scheduled pick up time to be told they did not have a car for us. They did not know when they would have a car and there was nothing they could do about it. The person returning our rental hadn't brought it back and they couldn't reac
