Just tried calling this place 6 times just to be put on and left on hold for over 15mins EACH TIME!!! When I can literally hear them right before I get put on hold. I guess not a single person likes to answer the phones and do their damn jobs at this location.

I had a really great experience with enterprise Racine Wi. Meghan helped me with my reservations and also handled my extending another day. Customer service was top notch. They up graded my midsized car to premium for no extra charge. It was a brand new Nissan Maxima, very comfortable with all the bells and whistles! She had my car warmed up, heated seats ready for my trip. She called me the following day asking how my trip was going etc. I travel often and I will always choose enterprise for future car rentals. Made renting a car very easy. I showed up on the day of my reservation and was given excellent service. I had no problems and was able to return the car with no issue through someone else since I wasn’t able to at the time needed. I’d rent from here again

Been renting with Enterprise for over 3 years and have spent a lot of money with them only to be treated like sh*t. I am a "platinum tier" member yet I have NEVER been offered any good rates, I am always charged the HIGHEST rates available because "that is what the current rates are". I have NEVER been given or offered 1 single vehicle upgrade, even though the guidelines of being a platinum tier member CLEARLY defines that I should qualify for 4 vehicle upgrades within 1 year. Always treated or talked to poorly or with a snappy, smart-alecky type of attitude when conducting business or holding a conversation with anyone there. I travel for work and normally rent for extended periods of time, as I am over the road traveling in construction/manufacturing. I extended past my return date (due to being on the road at the time of the return date) but kept in contact with the branch the entire time, and also paid any and all balances due or remaining upon return of the vehicle. Vehicle had no damages, fully detailed inside and out, and had a full tank of gas. I was then placed on the "do not rent" list by the branch following the return of the vehicle, for returning the vehicle after the scheduled return date. I would like to add that the rental in question had been rented by me for a total of 2 months, being extended in weekly durations at a time. When the rental was returned, I paid any past due balance immediately. As of this moment I do not owe any outstanding balances to enterprise. I have never returned a vehicle with any issues, problems or damages. I have been a platinum tier member for 2 years and have never received any incentive for being one, ever. I am currently on a "do not rent" list purely due to unprofessionalism. As a platinum tier member, I would NOT recommend renting from Enterprise at all. Go to Hertz or any other competitor for your car rental needs, and even if you can't find an alternative, I would STILL advise you to NOT EVER rent from Enterprise! I am a platinum tier member who still gets treated like sh*t, so don't let them fool you with that crap lol

Very nice customer service . We rented a truck from here yesterday, after driving off the lot check engine light came on. We took it back and they gladly exchanged it. The vehicle they exchanged it for was not a truck, which wasn't a problem. They even waived us having to return it it with a full tank due to having to return previous vehicle. However as soon as we got in vehicle it had a strong Marijuana smell, we figured we'd let it air out the smell is still there today. We have this vehicle for another week and too many things to deal with because of a car accident which is why we needed a rental. Will just get air freshners and roll the windows down.

I always used Enterprise for car rentals while traveling but never will again. Enterprise in Racine, WI told me they had a vehicle for me that day. When I got there every vehicle they showed me was so dirty inside or had such bad odors in in (one was from cigarettes & had fresh cigarette burns/holes in the drivers seat; one smelled like someone spilled a bottle of strong perfume in it; one the seats were so dirty and spotted. Then they found one that was good but it was in desperate need of an oil change so I couldn’t have it. Then I told them I needed a ride to where I was staying and they said they couldn’t take me there because they were closing in 30 minutes. It would have taken 15 minutes or less. I found a ride home, was there till a little past 5:30 and they were still open and very busy. I have lost faith in Racine’s Enterprise Car Rental.
