I don't recommend this place they don't have a lot car to choose I got stuck with horrible Chrysler minivan the was using more gas the my V8 truck I call my insurance to let them know I wasn't happy I will return the garbage van

I would have had a much better experience if I had known the card I needed to use to pay had to have a chip in it. Otherwise, customer service was excellent, from the driver that picked me up after my accident all the way to finally getting the car today. Unfortunately, I didn't have money in the account with the debit card that has a chip, just money in the chipless card. I had cash on me too. I had to call someone for a ride to drive me to get a money order so I could remotely deposit that in my bank. Once that was done, I came back and was able to rent the car. I was ready to cry at that point out of sheer frustration of just everything going wrong today. I wish I had been told to bring a card with a chip, so I would have been ready. Staff didn't seem sympathetic until after I came back with a working card. After, they did seem sorry. Other than this incident I did feel taken care of.

I rented a vehicle for a two week road trip with my mother. I got a clean and comfortable new car with lots of great features. Everything was ready on time. Picking it up and dropping it off was a breeze. Great team at Enterprise.

The staff here are SUPER helpful!! Pick ups and returns are fast and easy! They always call during the rental to see if theres anything else they can do for me! Out of all the mke enterprise's ive been to, id go out of my way to come to this location. Thank you!

They make reservations for more vehicles than they actually have. My husband rented a luxury SUV months ago and received a minivan. He was told this is all they have! Excuse was they ran out of vehicles. Why take reservations for more than you actually have? Makes no sense. Next issue, I rented a vehicle and was quoted $764. Picked up the vehicle and they tried to charge over $1300. We will never rent from Enterprise again!Also, when I arrived, i was ignored by the man behind the counter. A lady asked me if i am being helped and I said no and she instantly helped me. Another customer walked in and the man behind the counter acknowledged him right away.

Super helpful rental location, Sam I believe one of the managers or reps was amazingly helpful and definitely hooked me up with a sweet 21 Wrangler. I'll be coming to her for all my rental needs from now on...

I am a frequent renter for over 10 years out of the Racine, WI branch of Enterprise. I typically have good experiences with their professional staff and do not dread the car renting experience as many do. Last week I had an exceptional experience and wanted to pass it along. I recently injured my knee skiing and had it surgically repaired. For this specific trip I needed a larger vehicle to not only make it bearable but potentially enjoyable. Prior to my rental I called and spoke with Samantha Heyen and she assured me they would have a full size vehicle available for me. When I showed up Saturday morning Justin Pellmann helped me and he listened to my situation closely. He graciously offered me an upgrade for a nominal difference in cost. This gesture made mine and my families weekend trip significantly more enjoyable that it might have been. Thanks again to the staff at the Racine Enterprise I look forward to your professionalism and using your services many more times in the future.

Location was 30 min plus late picking me up, attempted to up-sell me for a vehicle, I already reserved. Was told I reserved what I got. I looked at my e-mail and found out I got a class 1-2 times lower. When I went back in to point out their error, I was wrong until I pulled up my email and Enterprise types. At that time I was reissued a car at the lowest class I reserved (Compact or larger was the deal). plus the tank was only half full. If you rent from here, watch out.
