Hello, I just wanted to go let you guys know the big difference between h&r block and liberty tax service. For years I've been using h&r block to file my taxes but recently I wanted to go through someone else and I found out about liberty tax service and I am so happy I did. Liberty tax service is professional and I would most definitely recommend you to file through liberty tax service.

Really disappointed called me yesterday to say my taxes were in I asked the hours for the next day the told me they would be there and they are supposedly open but the doors are locked. Wth? I got things planned around today.

Only one star as the person I spoke to in Racine today was VERY rude and didn't seem to want to help me find the person who did my taxes last year (in Kenosha). Claimed to not know how to find the number for Corporate Office and seemed just plain irritated. I had a person, Connie, do them last year and she was polite and knowledgeable. Also, she never seemed to mind when I called with a question. Thank goodness I found what Liberty Office Connie was in!!

They are SCAMMERS. Do not go here they act like they don't know squat when you ask them something about your tax charges. She told me they only charge $450 AND When I got there they took out $475 for doing it. Please anyone if you work hard for your money don't come here cause they will run game!! She told me my refund was going to be a certain amount after all the funds I get there it's way less because of "funds" & She gave me a bullcrap story. Do NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!
