I always go here and schedule with Janet. She's always very easy to talk to and down to earth. On top of that, she always cuts my hair the way I ask and gives me feedback when I don't really know what I want. I can honestly say I've never had a bad haircut when she cuts my hair (which is really hard to accomplish!). Janet is awesome and the main reason I continue to return to this location!

Very sad to hear management let go of one of the better hair stylists from their Racine location. He worked a lot of hours and did a great job at what he did. I guess I’ll be looking for a new salon just sad on management decision making.

I went in for a color and David was able to help me. The overall experience was great!I was so nervous with how it would turn out since I’ve had horrible experiences elsewhere, but it turned out PERFECT and exactly how I wanted. He was precise and made sure I was taken care of. The atmosphere while I was there was relaxing. I will for sure be going back to David - Everyone should go to him if they want excellent service.

I starting coming to Supercuts to get my hair dyed by Heather and it’s always the best experience, today 02/08/2024 my gf was in need of and emergency haircut but Heather was unavailable today so we just made a appointment at 5:30pm for who was available at the time. We arrived at 5:20 and checked in and were told we would be in the waiting cue. There was two stylist a gentleman that was tied with a color and cut and a lady that was finishing a cut. Shortly after was sat down a gentleman and his kid came in and openly voiced he was a walk in and didn’t have an appointment. This gentleman and his kid happened to know the customer that the female stylist was finishing up with. So seeing we had a set appointment and they didn’t it was pretty prevalent that we would be next but that wasn’t the case, for whatever reason the female stylist skipped us (the waiting appointment) and toke the people that didn’t have appointment over us. I don’t know why these people got preferential treatment over us. We went through all the right channels and made the appointment. After about 30 minutes of waiting we left. Don’t waste your time making a appointment here bc they will take you when they feel like it over there “regular customers”.

Janet was very nice and she did a great job styling my hair for a special event. Gretchen on the other hand was extremely rude to me and then later during my visit was yelling "I'm not answering that!" when the phone was ringing.

We came in for an emergency haircut for a funeral and as we live in Iowa and was only in town for the funeralThe guy was very kind but the haircut is absolutely trash we didn’t realize it until after his shower and we had to attend a funeral so didn’t have time to go backI am just really confused how his hair curt turned out so dang bad and blotchyLike the fade jibe is absolutely trash

This is the 2nd time i go where a guy cuts my hair and they mess it up, i asked for my bangs to be cut and he soaked them in water cut them way shorter than what i needed them to be. He didnt like that i asked for 2 more inches to be cut from my hair. After showering and letting my hair dry i noticed that i still had some long ends to my hair. ?

Very reasonable rates. Stephanie is my stylist and the BOMB! My best friend turned me on to Super cute and refuse to go anywhere else. Never had a bad hair cut from them. All stylists gr8! Very knowledgeable about all their products they sell and very helpful hair tips.

Janet is a rockstar. I started getting my haircut here a few months ago because I was looking for something more in my price range, and had struggled with a few other barbers in the area. Janet nailed my haircut request on the first go around, she’s pleasant and easy to talk to. Get this… when I went into work the next day, two of my coworkers complemented her work. That’s never happened before!
