I would say to make customers feel more welcome. The person upfront was friendly. But when I walked in. Didn't feel like I was welcome in.

Took my car in for a needed battery replacement and everything went great. Paul was extremely helpful and even went above and beyond to find the best battery at the lowest price while helping me learn at the same time. Auto Zone, down the street told me they couldn’t help me but Paul was able to get it done in less than 5 minutes. Very appreciative of the service!

They looked up my battery purchase from 2 years ago. It showed a 3 yr warranty. They tested the battery, confirmed it was bad, and installed a new one. Great service.

I wish I got the names of the 3 men who helped me today but y’all know who you are, I gave one of you a gucci hat and I had the car with the bad starter. I needed y’all today more than you could ever imagine they all went the extra mile and then some to help me when they didn’t have to do all that they did. Thank u guys to the moon & back

Paul took fantastic care of me here! Came in for some issues with a headlight I had purchased and he was out there in the parking lot with me and wasn't satisfied until we had it all figured out. Very friendly and helpful guy. I left the store in a much better mood than when I walked in.

Don’t come to this location. Apparently everyone outside just having a good ole party. When I asked the gentleman outside is there anyone working inside. He said well there’s that guy and there’s me. I expected him to respond like “I’ll be In there shortly”. Maybe that’s just asking too much. Got none of that. He continue with his conversation and pretended like I wasn’t even there. I was in the store with no employees for over 10 minutes. Take your money else where.

Bought a battery from here about a year ago. After having some work done at a dealership, they claimed the battery was bad and needed to be replaced because they had to jump it a bunch of times. We opted not to and I brought it back to Advance to replace it under warranty. Paul at this location went the extra mile of testing the battery and cleaning the terminal rings to make sure it was actually bad. He found the battery as actually perfectly fine and the dealership was lying to us. We’ve always had good experiences at this location and this one was no different. ??

In 2021 I went to Advance Auto Parts to have an engine test done. I saw on their website that they do engine tests for free and their service advertisements have the impression that the employees would be helpful and friendly. However I did not feel welcome the entire time I was at Advance Auto Parts, and their customer service just added to the stress I was already feeling about my car. The way they greeted me and other customers made me feel like they were annoyed we were there. When I asked about a check engine test they handed me the device to do the test myself, only saying "we cannot test it for you but you can test it". I understand if for some reason due to Covid precautions they cannot do the tests, but the employee just handed me the device and didn't offer to explain to me how to use it or asked if I've ever used one before. I have never done one of these tests or seen one done before and so I asked the employee if he could please explain how I do it. Both the employee I asked and the other employee in the store seemed very annoyed when I asked for these instructions. His instructions weren't very helpful so I had to call a friend to walk me through how to do the test. When I came back into the store with the codes/results from my test, the employee just mumbled the problems that he was finding online about my cars test results, wrote them on a piece of paper, handed the paper to me, and that was it. 3 of the potential problems he wrote down were extremely vague and unhelpful (i.e.: "internal mechanical issue" and "electrical issue"). I walked out of the store feeling much more stressed than I did going in, and I already felt very stressed prior to my visit.Also, while I was at the store, another customer came in to return a product, they were not friendly to this customer either and told them they couldn't take his return because they didn’t have enough money to give him his refund (since he paid in cash). They told him that maybe another location could take his return but didn't even offer to call the location(s) to find out for him.Both me and the other customer left the store not having our needs met and these employees seemed to have no care whatsoever about that.
