I went there to replace an uncommon size RV battery since the previous battery had a NAPA label on it. They had it in stock. He also tracked down a hold down strap in their inventory. Very helpful parts guy - will visit this storr again.

Called on Sunday was told it would be ordered there on Tuesday and requested a call back - no call.

Ric and his counterpart said they would order my part on Sunday and it would be in on Tuesday. I requested a call back and one never came. When I called back Sunday evening, they were closed. Monday I called again and they forgot to order the part and told me it would be in on Wednesday. I then showed up on Wednesday and was told it would be Thursday. No communications, and the employees clearly didn't care. Buy your parts elsewhere.

I have used NAPA Auto Parts two times in the past year. Both times for a burned out headlight. They were EXTREMELY patient with me both times on the phone and in person. They even took the time to show me how to install the new bulb, saving me time and money! They were courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to return.

I was in a very long line of customers waiting to be served. Although I felt little bit frustrated because I've spent 15 mins in the line guy at the counter desk was super polite and helpful which cheered me up. He even apply some kind of discount on the things I've purchased. All in all - good business!

Super friendly staff. Ric, Mark and Nick always take care of me and have my orders waiting when I walk in. Very knowledgeable parts experts that make sure I leave with exactly what I need. Almost always have items in stock that the other guys can't get.

The owner and/or management team at this NAPA location has assembled a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I always prefer purchasing parts from people that have used the products they sell and know the ins and outs of what they are selling. Like other parts stores most products are offered in 3 quality levels regular, gold, and platinum. It has been my experience that this location is well stocked. I have never run into a situation where they were out of stock on what I needed. If you are a fan of Royal Purple lubricants they have most of it on hand and in stock. Be sure to sign up for the NAPA free preferred customer program to receive all of the discounts, special offers, and rewards. You can get their best pricing in store unlike one of their competitors. I typically wait for the bucket sale which is the best sale they run. Next bucket sale starts 7/23/18... dont miss out ðŸ˜‰

In the era where brick and mortar stores are falling to the wayside to online stores such as RockAuto, NAPA always has what I need and always has someone to help at the desk. At Autozone, Advance Auto, or O'Reilly I can rarely get immediate service and once I finally get help they usually don't have even have what I need. I guess this is one of the reasons that the South Milwaukee NAPA does the most sales of all NAPA stores in the nation (or so Ive heard).

The guys at NAPA were extremely helpful. We purchased parts at AutoZone, however some pieces were incorrect. The employees at NAPA helped us figure out the proper assembly even though we purchased parts elsewhere. We will definetly be going to NAPA from now on.
