I recently went to O'Reilly's on Belknap because all the warning lights on my dashboard were on. Larry quickly diagnosed the problem. He went above and beyond helping me replace my bad car battery. Brody, the new store manager, also provided his assistance. These gentlemen were extremely helpful in assisting me fix my problem. I will return to this O'Reilly's location because the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Somewhat curt in their attitude. Not so much that I'd say I'd never go back, but I was a little surprised by the bit rude experience I had going in at opening.

For the most part, the staff is helpful. Dont always have the parts u need at the moment, but they can order from d.c. Most of the invantory is not that good of quality just like everything nowadays. Can order from o.e.m. dealer and mark it up. But if u need an air freshener, this is your place.

So if it happens to be a Sunday and you really need that part and you rush to get to your local orileys on belknap and you pull into the lot and look at your phone .. whew .. you made it in time .. with 5 min to spare .. PLEASE DONT. COUNT ON THESE LAZY BOYS TO BE THERE FOR YOU. SO NOW YOU HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO CENTRAL ENTRANCE STORE YO GET THE PART YOU NEED ... THEY WERE PROBALLY IN A HURRY TO GET BACK TO MOMS BASEMENT TO PLAY VIDEO GAMES

Kudos, please, to an employee named Tim who if nothing, just listened and agreed when I talked to him more than once regarding an utterly dishonest & disrespectful auto repair shop called Perfect Timing, while they kept my vehicle for five days instead of 2-3 hours as promised, hung up on me repeatedly, refused to ship the part overnight; I ended up paying for 5 nights in a motel. Tim validated, their parts store doesn't like doing business with Perfect Timing; hence, they get the same disrespectful treatment & several times hung up on.
Tim, your validation, among other mechanic shops in Superior & a couple lay people as well, helped me through a difficult time.
Besides, I've been a loyal O'Reilly customer for years.

Needed a belt, the store was out of the belt I needed. They had one transferred from another store and then delivered the belt to the shop I was at. I would recommend this place.
