I had a fraudulent charge on my debit card, which I cancelled my card over and filed a dispute. It was an Uber charge from Amsterdam (I also had made purchases that day in Wisconsin on the same card, was certainly not in Amsterdam, and have never taken an Uber in Amsterdam). I sent proof that I had no Uber charges from Amsterdam on my Uber account and had never used one in that country, but they denied my claim because apparently since I’ve used Uber before, it could have been me??? Even though I’d been in Wisconsin for months when the charge came in which was proven by constant purchases on the same card in Wisconsin. It was only like $30 but seriously?As a cherry on top, when I actually did go on vacation out of the country at one point I called to let them know exactly where I was and when I would be there, and they shut off my card like 5+ times for ‘fraudulent activity’ and were unable to restore it most of the time I was there, constantly screwing me over when I made purchases. Yet the one actually suspicious transaction they never flagged and denied my dispute later on.

I have a great story about this branch. My father had just past away and I was his beneficiary. He had two checks coming from work and unfortunately my father didn’t have enough money to even pay his back rent let alone a funeral. Every dollar he had/earned was important. They managed to tell me they could help and help me through all this. I get there, no one explains anything to me. They take his death certificate, close his account after I asked them not to and told me basically to I had no business with my dads account. Even though he isn’t around and I am THEE only person to do this. Meanwhile, I probably lost over 1k and this is how banks get rich. Steal from the poor.

I agree with the bad reviews here. Very slow, very unprofessional, the wait times are unusually long, and on a whole it seems that Landmark has been a much different bank than when I first startedBeing a customer.

I think only 2 people can work at a time. They take 25 minutes just for 3 cars to go through the line and they slow ash

Thieves! I brought coins in to be cashed to this location. I counted before bringing it in. I honestly had a second person count it as well, before bringing it in.The counter was way off what we both counted. Spoke to someone in site about it and they assured me that it was 100% accurate. There is nothing they can do and what it counted has to be right. It was short about 100$.Don't trust them. Make sure you have an accurate count and don't trust that it is correct. Stealing money from people who work hard. I'm ready to leave this financial institution altogether. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I opened a bank account with Landmark about a year ago now and it was a pleasant experience. The only reason I come here now is to get quarters for laundry and they haven't screwed that up yet so there's not much to complain about.

Waited to open a new checking account and was paired with Jody after 10 minutes. Explained I had the application open on my laptop and I had a simple question on how to fill it out correctly to complete it, as it wanted me to open an additional savings account (I already had the same account open for savings and didn't want to open another one). She was so incredibly rude and rolling her eyes at me and accusing me of not listening to her as I pulled out my laptop to show her what I was concerned about. She proceeded to explain to me things I already knew and weren't what I had the question about. She then told me essentially switching wouldn't help me out at all and talked to me like I was crazy for wanting the higher interest rate account. I have never been so shocked by rude customer service. I will not come back here and I live within distance. I will go out of my way to go to a branch with good customer service. I just said never mind to it all and got up to leave. I was treated like a nussiance.

Nice place. Just so out dated. The building is kind of trashy.
