I attended the Reiki level 1 class. The information presented was accurate, complete and easy to follow. The hands on portion gave me the confidence to begin practicing Reiki on myself and family. After completing the class there is a 21 day Reiki cleanse. I am in the process of doing the cleanse and it has been truly life changing. I have felt very loved and supported by Daneen not only during the class but also as I continue to grow in my Reiki practice. I look forward to taking Reiki level II in the near future.

My session was relaxing and afterwards I felt refreshed and settled. I have slept a little better at night and been more focused during the day.

Daneen is wonderful. She really takes the time to understand my underlying issues and to come up with a tailored plan, personalized for me. She is warm and caring and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend her!

Daneen is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME !! From helping a first timer learn yoga, working out alternatives to help with my chronic acid reflux, relaxation and breathing techniques to calm my chaotic day and now Reiki !! Daneen does a great job sharing her Mind Shift Yoga practice. I really enjoyed the Eat Well, Sleep Well, Think Well Retreat that she facilitated last November. The presentations were very informative. Was also nice to share personal struggles and successes as well as time on the mat with a great group of people. Her Eat Well workshop this past weekend was a great refresher. I am looking forward to attending the Sleep and Think Well workshops the next two Saturdays. ♂️❤️

Darren is very caring and gives a challenging but supportive work out,
