The service manager Jake was fantastic. I was in an important text convo and felt kind of rude but he was great the whole time. Gave me a 15% discount to match an older card. Checked all my fluids. He's the guy to see and this is the location to come to.That kind of stuff goes a long way in customer service. He's got my loyalty I'll be back.

I didn't have to wait, an oil change took only about 10 minutes and the staff is very friendly and personable.

Most expensive oil change I've ever had and they didn't discuss pricing before starting work on my vehicle. They also prioritized another customer who arrived after I did. The only reason I gave two stars is because the staff is friendly enough.Service: Oil change

Both of the individuals on duty were extremely rude and sarcastic. Both could use soft skills training. I left and went to the Pewaukee location where I found the services very professional.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I've been going to this Valvoline location for years. They're always friendly, professional, and get the job done quickly. They once even gave me a heads-up to a leaky oil pan in need of replacement. Had I not known it could have lead to a very expensive repair, if not a complete engine failure. If you go on their mailing list they will send regular coupons for oil changes and other services.

Kudos to valvoline instant oil in sussex. I had a low pressure indicator in my front front tire. Not really knowing how to check ItProperly I called asked them if they could check my tires they said drive right in. They checked all 4 tires. Put the proper amount of air in and I was on my way. Went here for an oil change, the employees were very nice and the whole thing only took about 10 minutes. The only issue, the tech told me I had a major oil leak because there was oil all over the bottom of my engine. This really worried me because I had just bought the vehicle from a used car dealership. So I took it in to be diagnosed, paid for the diagnostic work, no major oil leak. Just normal seepage like the dealership disclosed to me. My oil level has stayed the same since getting the oil change a month ago, if there was a major oil leak, it would be rapidly going down. So I'm confused why I was told that. Otherwise good service.

Great experience. Asked for a coupon and let me find one online for my current oil change. Very good service informed about battery test and tire pressure the usual for an oil change but asked and performed very kindly.

Valvoline Instant Oil Changes Sussex WI Store# GR0067. I purchased a groupon for this business for my son on Monday Nov. 28, 2022. My son went to this location in Sussex on Monday Nov. 28, 2022 after work, the attendant took his groupon and perform the full oil and filter work. When they were done they charged my son $82.92. My son not really understanding why there was a charge he paid the invoice with his credit card. Invoice#66803. When he got home he told me what had happened. I immediately called the store and explain what happen, thinking they could just credit his card for what they charged him and re-check him out using the groupon he gave them all over the phone. NOT, they said my son would have to stop back on Tuesday and ask for Leim and he would correct this. So my son went back to the store on Tuesday the 29th and ask for Leim as instructed to do. They told my son they could correct this before talking with the corporate office, of which was not said on Monday when I talked with them. So my son ended leaving the store on Tuesday without this being corrected. So I took time off of work and I went there on Wednesday morning as I couldn't believe the run around there were giving my son. I walked in the store and went to there little check out desk and the first thing out of the attendants mouth was HOW DID YOU GET IN HERE. This turned out to Owen, he said he was in charge of this store temporarily and soon to be the new manager of this location. I explain to him what had happen and I just wanted a credit for what they charged my son and re-run the transaction using the groupon. Should have taken 5 minutes of which should have been able to be fixed over the phone when we called the store on Monday right after the mistake was made. But no,Owen treated soooooo rude, he should never be allowed to talk to customers......................... He had to call Shawn the store manager as he was night on site. Not sure why he had to call Shawn. I was trying to hear what he was saying to Shawn because I couldn't believe why they couldn't fix this mistake there store made and make it easy for the customer. This is our 3rd time at the store. After Owen got done talking with Shawn I ask if I could talk to Shawn..........he rudely responded WHY.............Then I asked for Shawn's phone number and Owen refused to give it to me, What kind of store doesn't let the customer talk with the store manager!! Then Owen wanted me out of the store while he called some help desk so they could help him fix THEIR MISTAKE. By this time I could not believe how I was being treated. I went out to my car and waited about 45 minutes while Owen corrected this store mistake. They finally gave me my credit for the original invoice and billed for the taxes and a little extra oil my sons car needed. I was at this store for over an hour to accomplish this. First I would never have Owen run anything I owned or let him talk with customers..........just so rude.............. Second I would stay away from this Valvoline location until they learn how to treat CUSTOMERS!!!Thank you for reading.DaveService: Oil change
