I have been banking at this location for over twenty years, back before it was BMO. Back then, no problems. Nice bankers, nice tellers, everyone was helpful and efficient. Now, this is one of the worst run banks I’ve ever been too. I’m currently in the process of removing all of my money from bmo because of this bank and how bmo operates this bank. All of the bankers are slow and do not care about the customer. It seems like they’re just there to push buttons and get you out of their offices. The tellers have zero drive and a lack of common knowledge and are just waiting for the drive through to be closed, so they can go home. The bank itself is adding on extra fees without telling their customers which is robbery in my book. This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to and I cannot wait till all my money is out of there.

Money is constantly being stolen from my checking account online.BMO does zero about it and makes me wait 5-7 days to get my money back.Had to get new bank cards more times than I can count.The card number on back rarely works,if lucky enough to get through,you get foreign people who can't speak English and hang up on purpose.Looking for a new bank ASAP.

Thiensville BMO Harris Bank has been my bank for 11 years. In all that time, every experiences has been positive. The staff is courteous and helpful. They know me personally and treat me like family. The services they provide are convenient and all-encompassing. I am grateful to be a BMO Harris customer.

Not sure why all of the negative reviews? Every time I come in it’s a wonderful experience they know me by name and always make sure I’m taken care of. It really has that small bank feel for being a bank on the rise.

The great: atm deposits, the bad: atm is hard to reach in a car or truck, they charge fees to take out your own money, some times this atm is randomly closed, about half the time the bills are brand new the other half seems to be crumpled up dirty ripped faded bills. All banks hours still suck. BMO has some odd corporate policies, atm only let's you take out $300 a day.

Best bank there is, the staff is polite and kind while maintaining a high quality of service. Low fees and the ability to deposit at ATM's makes this bank the best in the area.

I had the worst experience ever at this branch with a personal banker by the name of "Dragan". I ended up closing my account that day after dealing with this extremely rude boy and having my drivers license thrown at me. I dont recommend this branch to ANYONE! This man should not be working in a position that requires any customer service.

Bank will not accept deposits for taxes 30 minutes prior to close. This firmly enforced policy is contra instructions provided by the city and bank and not related to how busy they are at the moment.

Customer Service is not something they specialize in. The tellers and manager have been downright rude and condescending every time I've gone in there to pay real estate taxes. Friends have said they are very deceitful and not forthright in lending practices also. Glad I'm not a customer!

BMO charges 5 dollars to get your own money from your own bank. Cashiers checks for some reason take 24 hrs to get. BMO Corporate policies stink. The employees here are great it's such a shame they work for a bank that nickel and dimes you for every service.
