EVERY STAFF PERSON there was welcoming,warm and so willing to help.I felt at home. The young staff were on the mark, !!! Attentive,informed and friendly.Thank you all at Hahn Ace . “Want to give a HUGE shout out to George, I went in looking for options on a weber gas grill, he spent 20 minutes with me looking up exactly the kind of grill I was looking for ,showed me pictures, was also looking for a garage light, he took me to them, found the one I was looking for. Went home with the model number of the grill. Called the store, George was busy with other customers, he called me back, we ordered the grill over the phone, everything went smooth, he called after it was assembled and he delivered it the same day. Thank you George for all you did, George, your a amazing employee for Ace hardware, Thank you again for all your knowledge and patience with me”

“Because of insufficient specifications about a riding mower engine on Amazon, I mistakenly ordered the wrong one. All the specifications were exact on this engine, except the crankshaft size. This new engine I ordered had a smaller crankshaft than the one I was replacing and disqualified it for use. I contacted Amazon and was told the engine was provided by a third party and I would have to contact them about a replacement. That third party was Equipatron. I contacted them to talk about returning the first engine and ordering another one that had the exact specification for replacement. From that time forward, this process was as flawless and speedy as any I have ever done. The agent at Equipatron made me feel very comfortable with the process, matched my old engine model with one they had, and gave explicit detail on what I needed to do.After receiving (email) the return label for the wrong engine, I repacked it and carried it to the shipper, but before that even happened, Equipatron sent me a notice that my re-order was complete. By the next day they notified me that the replacement engine had shipped! I was astonished at the lightning-fast turnaround! That engine arrived two days later at my home, and we were able to install it at once.I have done business with a lot of companies through Amazon, but I have never had the level of service I got from Equipatron. This is a fantastic company! If you have a need for any product they sell, I would say contact them and enjoy the great service!”

“This is the most awesome hardware store in southeast wisconsin. Truly a handy-persons delight as well as a place contractors visit often. They have almost everything you could want for any project. They have the widest assortment of power tools you will find anywhere with Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, Stihl, and many others. They have air tools and nailguns and all the usual departments like plumbing and electrical. They have great knowledgeable staff. They have a guy in plumbing who is great at finding the parts you need. They have tool days where many manufacturers come to display their wares and let you test drive various power tools. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I love this place. Next door they have a store with all kinds of knobs and drawer pulls and other cabinet hardware. You really have to see this place to believe it. Prices are typical of a hardware store. On tool day weeks they have great sales. Get on their mailing list so you get tool day flyers.”

However, this location has really turned around in the past couple of months. I can only guess that it is under new management. “The Grafton Home Depot is a great store with helpful staff, great stock, and amazing community events. Today, they are cosponsors with my veteran group for a family holiday event -- Menorah building! There were children and families everywhere and fun was had by all! The Rabbi was running around giving out blessings, the Commander was passing out cookies, the veterans were snapping pictures, the Home Depot crew was handing out kits, the kids and families were banging hammers and laughing, and my poor service dog was trying to make sure I didn't pass out! It was a very successful event. Lots of kids. Lots of family. Lots of hammering and sharing. Good family fun. Thanks to community partners and old fashioned holiday spirit! For those who don't know the story of Hanukkah it is a story of miracles. In the true spirit of the story, miracles occurred today. Every time we thought we ran out of kits, a small stash would appear. And until the very end, every child was hammering and happily creating a Menorah. Children were able to even take the kits that were being tossed aside by children who wanted perfection (so they'd start over or abandon a less than perfect attempt). In the end, every child walked out smiling with a creation that they were happy to have. It was a sight to see! Nobody felt as if they didn't get what they came to get. Everyone was cooperating and taking what was available and creating a holiday miracle. I felt very happy to be a part of this day.”

“Normally I go to Menards for my hardware needs but I just moved into the area and tried the local hardware store. A friendly staffer immediately asked if I needed help when I walked in the door instead of me trying to hunt down help in a big store. They called Dave who showed me where I needed to go and helped me through my entire purchase. Later I roamed through the store and it appears they have everything hardware that Menards has at competitive prices. So buy local and keep this wonderful store busy!”
