I've seen many improvements in the Thorp store even for being short staffed. Shelves are being filled and the store looking a lot more cleaner. Friendly and helpful service. Grateful that the staff, Abby, Bri, Sharon, Chuck and Wendy are working hard to keep the store open these people deserve a raise!

Staff is friendly enough but the store is always dirty. The coolers on left wall are poorly stocked, recently looks like someone is just throwing whole cardboard boxes in the freezer rather than unpacking the actual product. Tore open several boxes trying to find butter. Was unsuccessful. More boxes in the aisles than on the shelves! Used to be a convenient place to stop instead of going into town, now it looks like a bomb went off inside.

Nice people work here!! Friendly and helpful!! I always stop in at this store whenever I am lucky enough to be in Thorp, Wisconsin. Sharon, runs a tight ship there. She is funny and always smiling!! The place is clean and well organized. Easy parking.Can't wait to get lucky again!!!!

Amazing customer service. The review someone wrote about thinking Thorp isn’t safe must have lost too much oxygen from wearing her face mask because there have been only 8 deaths in the entire county. I can’t believe they would hold the store responsible for such a thing!!!! And then to judge the employee for a health condition? Disgusting !!!! This store has the nicest people that work here and deserve better.

Our state has a mandatory mask wearing, but the clerk didn't wear a mask. III askedaasked herdher about wearing masks,see she stated that she is unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition in which she needs to get a note from her doctor. She could wear a full face shield if she wanted to be compliant. I didn't see any signs stating masks are required. Makes me wonder how safe Thorp is. This town had more deaths from Covid 19 than my whole county. My count had 1 death from Covid 19 and my city in more than 35,000 people. Why don't they take it seriously?
