They treat employees like trash. They openly apply policies arbitrarily. One person can get in trouble for doing what their supervisor is allowed to do freely. An employee that was several months pregnant got into a car accident; the very next day they were disciplined for not being at work. They punish employees for not risking their well-being and health. Their no fault attendance system violates people’s rights. They’ll discipline and write people up over their disabilities then lie and pretend it didn’t happen. They’ll blame the victim of discrimination and harassment (that’s if they even take them serious) while pretending they didn’t receive complaints of things. They’ll sweep things under the rug. Supervisors, upper management and Hr can do or say anything without any repercussions. They can cuss, he unprofessional, harass etc freely. They’ll force employees to pay the company for maternity leave. If you’re sick they’ll punish you and take away PTO which they’re not supposed to do. HR will accuse you of trying to get out of trouble and pointing fingers at others for discriminating. If they don’t get their way, they’ll snap at you and give you attitude. They treat employees - especially those with disability - like less than human. They refuse to accept responsibility for any wrong doing. According to WB having disability related attacks is unprofessional and inappropriate; then they’ll claim there’s no evidence of discrimination. They’ll refuse to document complaints then claim there’s no reports. Things are applied inconsistently; a supervisor will tell you to take an extra break then discipline you for it. They can cuss freely in emails, call people names etc and never be disciplined. Most employees dislike the company but need to be here out of necessity. Some employees can go home early no issue, others get penalized in the no fault system. Then they go on social media and pretend to be a supportive employer. They screwed an employee who had just given birth out of disability checks. They let supervisors revise job duties illegally. The company/HR/supervisors have a bad reputation among over half of workers. I’d never suggest working for them.

Would not recommend working here unless you like working with chemical hazards and no PPE provided. I walked off the job due to safety concerns over my machine.The work is easy enough, very simple but physical. Little respect, and don't bother having problems in life. You drag your broken leg in and get to work.There is little trust and no one knows how to communicate basic work instructions.

State of the art office furniture and storage for the mass. Perfect storage for locker rooms, band companies, school decks and lockers, locker rooms also utility shelving systems.
