Presoak and Soap didn't work. Basically spent $10 for a 30 second rinse. Car is still very dirty

Overcharged!!! It was 4$ dollars for rinse and soup. Its totally should be 8$ dollar but they charged totally 20$. They pissed me off!! And no contact number or e-mail. They doing bad job!!

It needs a new display cover on the touch screen. It's really difficult to read in bright light.
The self wash bay with the pressure wand leaked quite a bit.
