Terrible return/exchange policy. Received a Christmas gift that was the wrong size. I did not have the receipt. I just wanted an even exchange. Instead of doing an even exchange, they would return the item at the lowest price sold in the last 30 days and sell the right size to me at a higher price. Crazy policy!To make matters worse, my wife paid the difference. We drove back to home to Chicago (of course no Dunhams anywhere nearby) and find they did not remove the security tag. Incredible!

With the help of a nice young man named Cole who works at the Dunham's Rib Mtn Store. I purchased a complete golf set for my son's graduation present. Cole was a great help with the selection and purchase of the golf clubs. My son loved the clubs and played well that night. Thank you Cole for your help and great customer service.

Their prices are great!!!! Most things are a lot cheaper than at other stores!!! I got a pair of Itasca boots that I have been wanting for 2 years and they were $50 compared to other stores that wanted $150 for the exact same boots!!! Was very happy!!!!!
