They don't carry track shoes, telling us we'd have to buy online. Track shoes need to be VERY well fitting, so buying online is problematic.

Outlet is hit or miss. At sale times, 50% yellow tag makes much a good deal along with whatever throw ins might be happening such as $1 pairs of mesh shorts. Without a sale, much is pricy and selection can be funky (as you'd expect from an outlet). Staff is friendly and helpful.Edit 4/2022: After covid big sales seem fewer...no tent sale the past 2 summers. However, each time at the store many clothing racks are 70% off! Great deals abound. Shoes not included in this and sometimes inventory on sneakers runs low, but overall, an awesome shop again.

What an awful, awful company. Never buy from them, especially shoes. Never, ever have i seen a company with worse return Procedures. Bought a pair of shoes, tried them on for a few seconds. Didn't even take them outside. Didn't fit. Tried to send them back. They returned the shoes back saying that the shoes did not fit the return criteria. Kept our money and the box is damaged when we sent it to them in perfect condition. They did send a link to send them a review but the link was expired when we tried it. Such a trash company. Buy from them at your own risk.

A good place to buy from I have been buying from them for mail-order four years of great catalogs for sporting and athletic shoes and sports gear very reasonable prices friendly staff both through their own line answers are mail order and in the store itself in person you should have no problem finding what you need here either through their mail order online or at the store itself highly recommended

We ordered football cleats for my son. When it arrived it was too big. We contacted the company and they advise us to do an exchange. while we are on the phone with them, they mentioned that inventory is low, and we should not wait for the exchange. They advise you to do a return and at the same time to purchase another pair with the correct size because of the low inventory. We proceed and took their advice. now after we received the new correct size, we were waiting for the refund on the first pair. When we call to check on the refund, they claim that the cleats are used, and they only can give us an E-gift card. We told them that the cleats had never been used and after the return, we purchased the correct size. in the initial call to customer serve ice, the rep spoke with the supervisor and approved the refund to the credit card. Two weeks later we did not see any refund so we called customer service. The rep was very rude and unhelpful, and when she let me speak with the supervisor, the supervisor was by far the worst experience of customer service I ever had. She keeps claiming that the cleats were used (claimed by the return department) but she can't give me proof that it was used, therefore I am getting an e-gift card. When I asked to speak with the manager, she claimed that she can't do that and she is the highest that I can speak with. I am expecting a full refund for my original large-size cleats, and an apology for the rudeness of the supervisor. in my job, we handle 4000 customers a year, and never ever acted this way to a customer.

Never received the shoes! I wish I could tell you these shoes were good but I never received them and Eastbay did not refund or send me any shoes. They took 3 weeks after I paid to investigate and then tell me they declined to refund me or send me shoes. These were for my 2 year old and I will never order from Eastbay again. I had to go through my card used to get reimbursed. After ordering and being a customer for over 20 years they have lost my business over a simple 50 dollar transaction that could of been resolved easily. Horrible customer service and business. Do not order online from them. If you need shoes go to the store.

I recently placed an order with Eastbay and it was delivered by fedex a week later but I never received it. I filed a claim with them which was denied a few days later with no explanation from them or FedEx about what happened to my package. This was handled very poorly and I was robbed by them and FedEx.

If we could give a 0 star review we would,however, we can't so one star is all that they will receive as a review from us. We recently sent some cleats back for return under the instruction of one of the East Bay representatives and were met with nothing but conflict on the other end. When we tried to change the shoes for a different size from their sales resolution specialist Leah. Not sure what else to say, we are stuck with a pair of cleats that are defective and do not fit and our son who plays for the CAI Knights in Florida has no cleats to play with in the final championship game......Stay away from Eastbay....their team sales representatives are no different,they make nothing easy and make excuses for everything. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!

I order my daughter a shirt and pair of shorts for school 3 months later the items were delivered. The shorts were too small. I asked nicely several times for my money to be refunded they refused via email and completely stopped replying to me. Who takes three months to send a product I waited patiently for the order they sent my eleven year old booty shorts. I will never do business with Eastbay Footlocker or Finishline since they all the same business. Her school had to switch out the shorts for my daughter not this sorry excuse for a business you take three months to deliver a project and have the nerve to say no refunds. Please do not do business with this company they will take forever to send you the order and then will not refund your money if your item don't fit. ZERO STAR RUN FROM EASTBAY
