The staff was friendly and knew their business.We were told our item would be in the next day and that we should call to check.The item took 4 days to get to the store. Not they fault but it makes us wonder about the next time we get a prescription.Richard V.

My prescriptions don't seem to get filled unless I call or go in on person. I requested my refill through the app 2 days ago and it's still "in process".

Inconsistent service, rude staff and they never get my orders straight, I have to call at least 6 times a year to correct their errors.~~I have to update this that things are not any better.~~~

Since this is the most convenient CVS location for me, I tried to call for prescription info. Once at 2pm, once the next day at 330. Sat on hold both times for over 20 minutes. First time they hung up on me without answering, second time I gave up and hung up after 20 minutes.

Long line and they literally went away for 10+ minutes. It’s not their scheduled half-hour off either. No explanation by anyone.

This place went down the tubes. I hate going there. I get excuses "Oh we're behind, oh we're backlogged". It was never this bad. They leave at 2:00 for a lunch. Really? Who else in the world is at lunch at 2:00? They don't even leave an away sign or any notification that they are closed at 2:00. This is a horribly run pharmacy. I want my elderly mom to change to one that is run correctly. I noticed the main woman that ran the place is gone. Not surprised. Probably lost her mind working here. They need to get her back. It's bad.

I don’t know what it is about this location half the staff is so rude. Anytime I reorder one of my medications they always have to order it and then when I call they give me attitude because I called. They never check to see if the medication came in while I am on the phone even though they say their order came in. I get told to call back in a few hours. I worked retail pharmacy for ten years so I know it is not that hard to check to see if something came in an order. The general lack of respect towards patients is crazy to me. You work in the medical field so you know a lot of times these medications are needed for patients to have a better quality of life. Shame on the staff members that have seemed to forgotten why they do the job they do.

My son's medication was a mess due to my insurance however the pharmacy tech and the Pharmacist was on top of their game! They were able to fill my son's prescription the same day! I'm so grateful for their help! 100 stars rating!

I went to the CVS location inside Target/Wauwatosa on 124th and Capitol to get my second COVID 19 booster shot. Scheduling online was easy enough. I arrived early for my appointment. After waiting well past my appointment start time (while no one else was there), the bearded man behind the counter asked for my vaccine card. I told him I had a picture of the card and the CDC vaccine record downloaded on my phone. He restated he had to have the card. I said "Are you fricking kidding me?” as I was bummed out that the physical card may be necessary not just digital versions and on line info with the CDC. The bearded man behind the counter then became very very very condescending and tried multiple times to belittle and berate me. Additionally, he repeatedly implied that I was stupid for not bringing the physical card. UNACCEPTABLE!!! I left very upset without getting a vaccine. Now normally I don’t get upset at lousy retail experiences as I spent over 27 years working in and managing 20 retail cellular phone locations. I know how challenging the retail environment and retail customers can be. BUT the bearded man behind the counter was attacking me personally and actually made me feel really upset. UNBELIEVABLE! I will vote with my wallet and never purchase at CVS again (unless it's unfortunately required by my insurance carrier specifically for prescriptions only and I have no other choice). Additionally, I will tell as many people as I can and post honest reviews about my negative experience.After that experience, I called a Walgreens and two Froedtert Clinics. All of them told me the physical card is not needed as they access and enter the info directly with the CDC website. I scheduled a new appointment on line with Froedtert Clinic. The process was simple. Today I received my second COVID 19 booster shot. It was a breeze!!!! I arrived early. My appointment was at 10:20 am and I was actually done at 10:12am. Eight minutes before my scheduled appointment time! I interacted with three different people and they were all fantastic! I even scored a bag of M&Ms for being a brave patient, LOL. I did not need my physical card even though I did bring it with me. They simply give you stickers to add to your card if you don’t have it with you. I will be a repeat customer, tell as many people as I can and post positive reviews!!

Taylor needs a hug. A big one. Because she seems to be miserable. She is rude and very condescending. We get that you do not like your job but don’t try to make others miserable. She makes it very difficult to fill a prescription and is so combative if you have any questions. I am so glad I am in a new pharmacy because Taylor literally made getting prescriptions a nightmare.

I just worked with Taylor, the pharmacy manager. My copay on my medication went way up, and she immediately went to work with me to look into finding savings. She found me a manufacturers savings card that will literally save me thousands of dollars. She was patient, compassionate, and went above and beyond assisting me. I could not be happier with my experience
