Definitely agree with other reviewers about how the game experience there depends so much on the associate who helps you. I usually dread having to go in the actual store and I always try to buy online because I usually feel like the associates are annoyed and not very helpful towards me. But today I had to run in quick during my lunch to get something I ran out of. The associate which I had never seen before ran to help me right away and was just the nicest and most helpful. Thank you for making my day a little better.

Love this place. I spend a minimum of 30 minutes testing fragrances every time I visit. 90% of the time, it's great. But sometimes, the ones I want to test/show others are empty/don't have testers.

I absolutely loved this Sephora ❤️ store ?. This was my first time shopping ?️ at this Sephora. The staff was nice ? and friendly. One of the workers showed me where to find the Watermelon ? toner and the price of it was just right. I'll be back again.

Saw Breanna for a brow wax and left with the best brows of my life!!! She was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable and knew what her plan was. I was reassured by how confidently she moved throughout the service and how she spoke, a true professional at what she does!!!

i went in during my 15 minute break to try and buy a foundation. I tried color matching myself however then got the help from a nearby associate and she was extremely helpful. I wanted Huda specifically, but none of the shades were working for me and I appreciated that the associate was honest with me as opposed to just saying that they matched just to get me to purchase it.I came back after my shift and decided that I’d try something different and was immediately met with another associate who was extremely kind and also helpful. We decided on what I should get and she was then going to help me find a concealer, however I think a higher up saw that she was leaving the front and told her she had to go back so that associate requested for someone else to come help me and gave everyone a description of me so they could find me. I stood in the same spot to make it easier for someone to find me however after waiting for a while I just decided against getting a concealer and just buying a foundation. I saw a lot of associates just standing around doing nothing so I’m not sure why nobody could come and help. There were also two other people who needed assistance and when the woman who was helping me requested for help for them on a headset, nobody ever came to help them either and they had to help themselves (despite like I said, seeing associates standing around).While I was standing and waiting for someone to help me find a concealer, an employee with shorter orange-ish hair walked past me after speaking with the initial girl who was helping me (I’m not sure if she was reprimanding her for almost leaving the front or what) and she gave me this really weird almost dirty look which I also didn’t like.I don’t fault the associates, as I believe management forces them to just stay in one spot which makes no sense to me when there are customers waiting to be helped. In the end I didn’t even buy the foundation I wanted.A huge shout out to the two associates that helped me today though (I unfortunately didn’t get their names)! I’ll probably just order my foundation online.

No professionalism in management, I saw a young manager blonde hair on the ends and her red faced red haired coworker berate a young man on the floor for helping an unruly customer, the manager was saying such hateful things to the young male employee and sent him home for doing his job. She told me he had a bad attitude and rolled her eyes with her coworker as he left for the day. He was visibly upset and his managers made some type of joke as he left which left me very uneasy. This young individual man is wonderful although i’m notsure of his pronouns. I overheard the name of Erin…. He/they has been the only worker here whom is friendly to me and my binary daughter. I’ll never shop at this store as these young girls in charge are completely unprofessional, and should have to go through sensitivity training. Eye rolling and talking about your workers on the floor in a negative manner and laughing about it should be reported to management. I asked to speak to a manager yet the young lady with long hair blonde tips said she was the manager and that the young mans days are numbered with her store. Just sad as without this young man on staff I definitely will not be back to shop with this store. The way they treated this young man on the floor is absolutely appalling. The way they conduct themselves as managers shouldn’t be by belittling hard workers on the floor in front of others, it’s extremely sad to see. No wonder why this place can’t keep a staff. Some people should lead by example

I came to Sephora with my cousin who was visiting from out of town, and right from the beginning we were greeted and assisted by Moriah. As someone who is always willing to try new things concerning makeup, hair, and skin care, I just want to say that Moriah reassured us and knew what she was talking about with every product we had questions about (Vegamour hair oil). I can honestly say she made us comfortable and loyal customers to the product and if we ever visit that specific Sephora, I will definitely keep an eye out for her assistance and warm welcome, she’s excellent at what she’s doing and has a bright future ahead of her with whatever she decides to do and is to come!

We were visiting from California and were here twice around Thanksgiving/Black Friday and Aaron was our sales associate both times. He was awesome with my teen who is new to makeup and was really friendly/helpful despite a busy store. Thanks again for your help and for making the world of makeup approachable and fun!

I went to this store today to return an online purchase that I used PayPal to pay for. The employee told me that there was a policy regarding returns noting if Paypal was used I had to take store credit. This was shocking news to me and advised the employee I’ve been able to return multiple purchases here previously receiving a refund to the card I used via PayPal with no issue whatsoever. The employee today said they were not following policy previously and were now enforcing it. I did some research online to see when this policy was put in place and it was back in 2018!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING as I would have never used PayPal had I known and it seems like the stores problem for never enforcing this and notifying the customer… if this was a new policy I would’ve understood but it wasn’t…will not be shopping at Sephora anymore due to this terrible experience and money lost as now i’m stuck with a gift card (only able to be used in a sephora store, can’t use online) due to the stores incompetence to follow policy. The kicker was they weren’t even apologetic.

I went in to the store today to get my scheduled brow wax and style done with Breanna who I originally booked my appointment in advance with. I showed up to my appointment where another lady began to get started on my appointment set up and when I questioned where was Breanna? The employee (Lindsey) began to tell me that she would be taking care of my brow appointment because Breanna was sick that day and could not come in. When I began to question why I wasn’t notified prior to my appointment, another employee (possibly the manager) came over and said she was ill and the only reason she was telling me this was because I had booked an appointment with Breanna specifically. When they asked if I was OK with having Lindsey continue with my brow appointment, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her begin. She was continuously shaking throughout the entire appointment stating that she had nothing to eat the whole day and her coffee was making her jittery as she continued to trim and wax my brows. She missed multiple areas of hair to wax, trimmed my brows too short on the ends and also trimmed my brows extremely uneven. I honestly wanted to stop her as soon as I noticed the shaking but I felt bad and didn’t want to say anything. I think it was a complete waste of money and will never go back to anyone else ever again. Please train your employees better because the service and style was honestly terrible and not what I would expect from Sephora. Also please notify your customers if a sales associate will not be present the day of a booked appointment. That’s just common decency and poor customer service.
