This gym does not follow a CrossFit program. They advertise as CrossFit but they aren’t. The coach doesn’t want to engage into explaining CrossFit exercises, therefore, the workouts are generic and basic. The coach refers DAILY to the workouts as SELF EXPLANATORY to avoid engaging into explanations on how to perform the exercise. He chooses easy workouts. I joined another CrossFit gym that engages into explaining power snatches, cleans, deadlifts, back squats, front squats, push and jerk, GHD, rope climbs, etc. This other gym takes pride in teaching and engaging with the athletes.

Stallis Strong Fitness is THE BEST fitness community in Milwaukee BAR NONE. Kyle and all of the coaches are committed to helping each member achieve their goals and live their very best lives. After three and a half years at my previous CrossFit affiliate, I was very nervous to join a new community last year. As it turned out, coming to Stallis Strong was the best choice I've ever made for my fitness. Not to mention the relationships and friendships I've made with such quality and like-minded people are very cherished. I LOVE STALLIS STRONG!!!!

I was a member of CrossFit West Allis for 6 months in 2017 only leaving because I moved out of state. This is one of the best crossFit gyms I have been to not only because of the great community, but also the knowledgeable and hands-on staff. During my trips home I have completed visiting WODs at their new location and it is great! I highly recommend this gym.

Last year, I walked into CrossFit West Allis, slightly nervous but eager to try this "crossfit thing." I was determined to run my 3rd half marathon that fall and wanted to supplement my running with strength training. I *thought* I was in decent shape. Joining Crossfit West Allis was one of the best things I've ever done. There really is no way to describe the feeling you get after doing a workout with such amazing coaches and people. The community is like nothing you'll find anywhere else -- some of the most welcoming and supportive people I've ever met. At 35, having never been a member of a gym, I can honestly say that going to CFWA is often what I look forward to most in my day.

Prior to joining the gym, I had been taking rowing, spinning, or TRX classes a few times a week. I was fairly motivated, but wasn't seeing a whole ton of progress. My sister had told me about Crossfit and how doing those workouts helped her to get a lot stronger so I thought I would give it a try. That change has really made a difference. Excellent trainers and community. In the 9 months that I've been coming here, I've grown significantly stronger, agile, and have seen more progress in my conditioning than anything else I've tried.
