Dante the pharamist, Rose Mary, and the entire staff is always helpful and use our first names when we come in. The store itself with the manager Bob go out of their way to help. I am a geezer and refuse to use self checkout, so they always help at full service. Corporate should appreciate good stores, and great employees. Have had good luck also out of town. Thanks all

This store needs new management. I've been in here several times & they leave the customers & their associates out to dry. On my last visit - I needed a price change at the self checkout. The manager just helped the customer next to me. When she started to walk away- I hit the alert sign - she turned back & kept walking. Terrible management.

Big thanks to the pharmacist at CVS Downer Ave in Milwaukee! He knows my 95 year old mom by name, is always kind, patient, and supportive. Outstanding personal service.

TERRIBLE customer service! The manager, Shantell, was rude and did not resolve my issue. I purchased 4 face masks and every single one of them was completely dried out when I opened them. I brought my receipt back and asked for a refund, and Shantell refused to refund me for the defective products unless I had the dried up face masks with me, which I of course threw away when I opened them and realized they were completely dried out. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE!

I just want to share the pharmacy is fine. I had my Covid 19 booster here and the pharmacist was not taught properly how to give a shot! It hurt bad and burned! I was told by my doctor this s because they are not getting the needle all the way into the muscle. This is a problem. I get that you have to get boosters out, but in the process experienced people are giving vaccines!

We started going here since the Walgreens (Glendale location) is the worst ever. First of all the store needs to use better lighting, it's dark in there. On top of that, it smells very musty. The Pharmacy is ok but you will wait a good long time for your rx. Forget the website to check on your prescription, it's never right. You have to call every time sometimes several times.

Even though I live a block away, I will no longer go to this place. There is absolutely nothing convenient about it. The pharmacy is one of the absolute worst, wife went at 11:30 and was told prescription for our baby daughter would be ready in 30 minutes. After 4 hours we called the pharmacy and they said the lady never put in our information to get the prescription started and it would be another 30 minutes. After another 2 hours with no call or text saying it's ready we decided to just head back over there to find out they closed for the day. Also, the guy up front with the ponytail is miserable. I hear him all the time mumbling under his breath how the customers are so stupid at the self checkout. If he hates his job so much I think it's time for him to just quit! New management would be required to fix this place!!

This store couldnt find saline solution when i was the only customer in the store. I am not sure they knew what saline was.

Dear management, It is REALLY time you updated the appearance of this store. The outer lobby is so dirty and in severe need of a coat of paint and new carpeting. It might also be nice to windex the glass doors on occasion.

My husband had a flu shot scheduled for 12:30 and was told to be there ten minutes early. We arrived and he was given a thirty minute wait. At 2:00 we finally left. The pharmacy was busy but with people walking in or pulling up for medication. Those with appointments should be served first but maybe that's just me? Oh, and Walgreens, which is where we will be going from now on.

I would rate this pharmacy 0 stars if possible. I have responded to 3 surveys issued from the pharmacy after my visits and I explained in detail the problems with all aspects of my visits. In response I received form letters from the "manager" with no specific solutions. These are a few problems I've had 1) CVS reports they are "out" of a monthly medication I take, and I have to drive up to the CVS in Mequon monthly. I asked them to order it but they said "if it's not on the truck we can't get it". 2) CVS reported they are out of a medication and told me to call the Downer CVS to see if they had it. When I called the Downer CVS the pharmacist was VERY upset and explained that the Hampton CVS Pharmacy should have called and NOT the customer (common medication). 3) SEVERAL times I was notified prescriptions were ready and upon arrival and waiting in line, they were not ready. The first time I waited 65 minutes. The next several times I returned home and went back to the pharmacy. 4) While writing this review I waited exactly 32 minutes on the phone on hold to talk to a pharmacist. 5) The phone order system is outdated. It does not allow to put in an alternative date/time for prescription pickup. 6) Today I need a prescription ASAP. It was sent by my physician's office on Monday morning at 8:30am. CVS did not receive it as of Wednesday at 2:00 pm. After numerous calls to both the doctor and the pharmacy, I'm betting that CVS "lost it". (I just got off the phone with Walgreens to transfer my prescriptions). Please note that my numerous visits to the pharmacy stem from approximately 10 different prescription trials so I have had numerous contacts with the CVS pharmacy since 1/2020. I am sad to change pharmacies because I live close to the Whitefish Bay CVS. Today was my last straw.
