Horrible customer service, rude staff, does not like to resolve problems. They charge to pick up "their" tank when you stop service. They suck every penny they can from you. The interest rate on billing is high. They ask that other companies figure out any problems associated with their equipment. They make up any excuse not to come out and inspect problems.I would give them a 0/5 if I could.They do not know what customer service is. Kathy, who is no longer there, was the only person that knew what CS was. Do not recommend.

Switched to another company because their price was lower. When Panhandle picked up their tank they took the regulator and some hose. Went 4 days without propane because it's a unique part. Called to talk to them and they were extremely rude.

Had a great experience with Pan Handle and the inspector Carson. Although our initial inspection failed, Carson took the time to really let us know what it was that we needed to do since we're coming from out of town to fix it and it saved us plenty of time, he provided us pictures and explanations and everything we needed so we can get this fixed quickly and easily. His customer service and communication were top notch.

After the purchase of a home, Panhandle was existing gas service, we reached out to start an acct. & continue service uninterrupted.We were not in agreement on what they required to begin an acct; so I began looking at the competition.During the process of changing from one company to the other our service was disconnected when Panhandle came to pickup “their” tank & the new company had reused the existing regulator & pigtail when setting the new one.We had reached out to the new company to let them know we thought the tech had done this & we scheduled for the old tank to be removed when we were home so that they could rectify the mistake.Multiple phone calls to try and make sure we were not left without service.We Still came home to NO service.No one called.Never occurred to anyone at Panhandle that they could reach out (or come when scheduled) to avoid a customer being without service.Grateful that it wasn’t winter because frankly I didn’t get the impression that Panhandle cared.They offered no apology whatsoever...only the excuse that it was their equipment.Which was never in dispute.Never had any kind of issue in the decade before that we were propane users.Think twice & check the competition.Customer service & fees were a complete negative dealing with this company.
