Not impressed. When the doctor was telling me that my dog (who is like my literal child) had a heart problem, I began tearing up. The doctor asked me “why are you crying” in a condescending tone. I was then referred to a cardiologist that did a heart ultrasound based off of their referral. Turns out - the xray they diagnosed the heart problem with was extremely poor quality- as reviewed by two new veterinarians. This is only one instance among MANY in which their incompetence cost me a total of 1700 dollars - just to find out she has acid reflux. TLDR; money hungry, incompetent, and void of compassion.

Love, love, love Cheyenne Pet Clinic! They get the job done right and don’t charge you all the extra fees! My puppy is quite nervous around males, the Dr was very aware and wanted to make him feel safe. We walked in the room backward and sat on the ground to allow my dog to feel safe before getting his shot. I will always make the commute to Cheyenne for this vet!

While everyone was pleasant, I'm concerned my pet didn't get a thorough exam because it was so rushed. Maybe it would have been better if it'd been a checkup only, instead of a checkup & a tummy problem.

Our appointment lasted longer than I expected, but Dr. Bunting was so very patient with our very anxious dog. He took time to allow our dog to warm up to him and made him feel very comfortable in his presence before starting his exam and giving shots. Dr. Bunting even engaged my children, answering questions about animals. At the front desk, the very kind receptionist allowed my kiddos to meet and pet her ferret, as we exchanged ferret stories.

I was warned by a trusted friend about going to this place. I asked the vet about my dog taking clomicalm, they said they would give me "their brand" of it. Their brand was just a Purina calming powder.... I took it back to them and explained again what I wanted, they finally gave me actual clomicalm. However, the bottle said it was for dogs 11-20 pounds. When I asked about the dosing, they gave a "i know what im doing tone" and "did the math," only to say that it was the correct dosing. (My dog weighs over 50 pounds, btw). I switched to the vet at Elevate, and she basically laughed at how far off they were with the dosing and corrected it.

It was time for Loki's annual exam and shots. The staff and doctor were professional, kind, and thorough as always. We have been relying on Cheyenne Pet Clinic for decades, no plans of changing any time soon.
