The so called manager, Ellie, is a tyrant and is rude. She is in blatant violation of labor laws and has a my way or else attitude. She plays favorites and is driving their best employees to quit. I'm tired of hearing complaints about this woman. When is Fast STOP corporate going to do something about this horrible example of 'leadership'.

All three of these stores are managed by the worst manger In Evanston. Broken soap dispenser in the bathrooms is disgusting if the manger and she won’t fix any of the problems. The manger is worthless and disgusting her self. Time to report the store to the feds for requiring people to work full time hours with no lunch as well.

The new company that owns this place is a rip off. They charge over $1 more for mid grade. You might get the cash discount applied. Now the car wash doesn't work anymore.

Horrible management. My daughter was accused of shoplifting. Emptied her bag out and there was nothing there. she was kicked out and told not to come back ever. THEN the employee followed her to maverik and told everyone she was a thief.

Ignorant employees. Horrible customer service. Employee, male working in Taco Time, refused to take order. Stated he had already cleaned up for the night. It was 7:30. According to business hour sign, closed at eight. Will not support this store again. Todays date is 6-11-2022.

Whenever going up to the campground we always choose to stop at kicks in Evanston rather than the Maverick or any other convenient store simply because of the service. But this last time was let's just say the last time we will probably be stopping at Kicks. I don't know what has happened in the last 6 months or so but someone should probably make some changes. It's hard to find good friendly service and well Kicks you just made it even harder. Looks like Maverick it is from now on.

Love this place, new management makes sure there's always new items to choose from, car wash is always being updated (if you have issues with it they will hook you up with the money lost) and the staff is always friendly

Sorry but this place has zero suds.! Wasted 6 dollars just waiting for them to come and then complained and got 2 tokens. Lady said having problems with bay 1 and 2 so we went to 3 and still... NADA. So all this and just water.. who would have guessed.

I've used this car wash a couple times, only because it's convenient, and I am always disappointed...wash cycle never bubbles and wax cycle never smells like anything...on a good note you save money because apparently rinse cycle is all they offer!!
