Attempted to schedule an appointment. Tried several times during business hours before someone answered. Asked if they provided the service I was wanting and if I could schedule. Was told "No" I could not make an appointment as they were busy. Asked ifI couldschedule a future day. Was told therewasno openings for at least a week. Female on phone was NOT pleasant and gave the impression she wanted me off the phone. Therewasalso a lot of background noise (including a dog barking), but this was seemingly ignored when I brought it to her attention. Did not schedule. If this is how clie ts are first "met," no thank you. I'll go elsewhere.

New to the area and looking for good local nail salon. 2 unreturned calls later, still looking. Will drive the 2 hours to Casper due to unprofessional practices here. So much for keeping business choices local.

No ability to get an appointment. No acrylic options that avoid soaking in acetone, hours of operation are not best for working women.

I love coming to this salon. Peter and Jessica are so friendly and ALWAYS do a great job. Lander is really lucky to have such a wonderful salon to go to. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
