Ken had jobs lined up to November (in July) but helped us out in a pinch when I backed into a tree and the bumper kept our back van door from opening. We were leaving to go back the east coast the next day and needed to be able to pack all of our camp gear. Ken and his wife Lisa were very understanding. Didn't even charge me!

Needed an estimate for insurance and Ray took the time to go through everything and explain to me patiently ALL my options so I could make the best choice for MYSELF, instead of the best one for him to make money!! I really appreciated that kind of honesty. Thank you Ray

A little delayed, but Thanks for doing an amazing job on my black Chevy truck! I had a bad run in with some cedars in the Back 40 and went to hardware and auto places in town trying to find something to fix by new" cedar striping " down the entire passenger side. The guys at NAPA recommended I go to talk to Ray, so he scheduled me an appointment and I was amazed when I picked up my truck. You can't even tell I had a bad day in the Back 40!!! Very reasonable price and excellent work! Thanks for the great job! Would recommend to anyone!!

Ray does fine work for a good price. He’s friendly, fair, and resourceful. He fixed my hood and made it serviceable in a short amount of time. Integrity and expertise are rare assets.

I had a broken rear window in a Subaru wagon and didn't want to pay for a brand new window so I found one in a salvage yard and Ray at Fender Mender Body Shop removed the broken one and put in the used one in one day and saved me hundreds of dollars!
