Good service and products my only complaint was how slow they are from making drafts then to actually making the product. They tell you 4 days but ends up being a couple weeks. ?♂️

Tim did a fantastic Job on my trailer. He was great to work with and so patient with me. I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be back for more projects.

Gina or whatever her name is, got angry and referred natives as “you people”. When all we did was call and try to fix our order. Poor services got our order all mixed up.and she tried saying that we went in and changed it multiple times. The only reason why we had to change the order the second time was because she only charged us for 1 coat when we ordered 10. Reason why we went in the first time was so you guys didn’t get everything mixed up and to make sure spelling was correct. When we tried correcting our order she got angry and refused to change it. Definitely recommend Black Mountain Embroidery in Ethete. Cory had the Quote ready within an hour the same day and called to make sure we received it. Shirts and more took a whole week to create one and didn’t call to make sure we received it.

I called a lady named Jina I think her name was, we ordered 10 pull overs but it only had 1 on the quote she sent us. We went in 2 times NOT 4 she was on the phone she said "you people always change things on me" offensive to me and I'm sorry you dont know indian and our language is call "Arapaho" notindian. And we are taking out money elsewhere your company lost probably would of been over 1500

Just off the phone with Dan and he hung up on me with giving me an answer. Not knowing what your selling is a big problem. Become knowledgeable of your product or have better communication skills.

Last week Shirts & More agreed to help me with creating yard-signs honoring healthcare workers and also, homeschooling caregivers. My daughter is a physician and my son-in-law has been homeschooling the kids. COVID-19 disrupted and challenged the flow of their previously stable lives. I was hoping the yard-signs would recognize them both for how they have managed the changes.The signs turned out far, far better than I dreamed possible. Very creative and absolutely perfect! We were all, surprised and thrilled. If you want a professional graphic design done better than anything you could order online, call Ryan and Brady. They are a delight to work with, too.

Friendly service and they were great to help personal the shirts I was ordering. They got my order processed in a relatively short amount of time. I will definitely utilize them in the future. My only complaint is the ice cream shop isn't open during the winter. The ice cream is fantastic.
