Good experience
Edited: the person who upgraded me here completely screwed me over. Verizon came back after 8 months and said I owed them money for the discount I was given for upgrading (several hundred dollars). Once this lease is over, I will never use Verizon again.

Terrible experience. Attempted to trade in a phone and was told my new phone would be free. Was charged full price. Have spent hours in the store getting the run around. You’re better off going online and dealing with Verizon directly. Not a local business I will ever support again.

I've been battling with Verizon for the last 4 months. Five months ago I accepted their offer to upgrade my phone and subsequently sent in my old phone. Funny thing is they never received it, apparently it was lost in shipping somewhere in a Texas warehouse. Now Verizon is charging me for the phone even though it was documented that the phone was sent in. So they have been charging me extra every month on my monthly bill. They say I can't leave to go to another cell phone provider without paying off my phone first???? I'm stuck and completely frustrated. Many great Verizon customer service representatives have tried to help me but I'm still dealing with this and apparently don't have a way out. I've never been more unhappy with a service provider before.
