It's a good store. Conveniently placed in the middle of town. But it kinda sux when you look it up to see if they are open and it says they are then you get there and it's not.

Arian will be missed. The rest of the management in Rawlins is far from perfect. Been having issues for a year with Rawlins ace. And don't plan on doing any more business with them. From no call backs to not honoring management pricing etc. Arian went above and beyond. But now I'm driving 100 miles to another ace hardware location for my ace needs.

An employee approached fairly quickly to see if I needed help finding anything. The assist was appreciated although we couldn't find exactly what I needed. I asked about the second item on my list and he immediately rounded up what I was looking for. Excellent customer service.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. My project was building a home floor lamp. They had the pieces I needed just not much for selection but is a small town store. I managed to build the lamp and surprise my boyfriend with it!
