Lauren assisted me and she was wonderful...making great suggestions, checking fit, bringing additional styles and sizes. The store was quite busy, yet she never made me feel rushed. she juggled all of her customers with ease. so friendly and helpful. great selection of quality shoes in this locally owned and operated shop

My husband is a veteran and has a pair of black dress boots (made in the USA) that he wears when he is in the honor guard for veterans funerals. Brian's has re soled these boots atleast 3 times for us in the past 25 years. The boots are really worn but he just did another EXCELLENT job! Thank you!f!!:soling

took boots in to get lift put on sole. was told 10 days. went back on day 10. boots done. was even handed the wrong boots.

My husband and I are on a trip to Virginia for a job. We left Sekiu WA. We needed composite safety toe boots. Not steel toe. I called and was told they have a few boots. We were amazed at the selection of shoes, boots, hats, socks, wallets, wool shirts. I wish I had the money and time to spend...time and money.The young man who helped us stayed with us till check out. Getting us what we needed. And that was some effort. I would absolutely stop there again

This is a family owned business in Sheridan,WY. The owners son who I didn’t get his name was very knowledgeable & answered all questions I had. He knew more about the products in the store than I could find online. I will be back to support this small business for years to come.
