We drove from Billings MT to buy a car from a guy in Gilette Wyoming. This is where we met as a good mid point to get a pre purchase inspection done. Being from Billings, I have had mainly bad experiences with mechanics. Them not being thorough enough or them even making up random problems that aren't there. However, my experience here was great, to say the least. This guy was super thorough and informative, walked us through everything, and answered all questions. I appreciate the service you didn't even charge us for more than you will ever know. Thank you so much. I wish we had someone like you in Montana, I would always take my vehicles to you! Highly recommend! He knows his stuff for sure.My girlfriend loves her new to her, 2014 subaru WRX hatchback. And like he said, it was very well taken care of!

I wasn't sure if something was wrong with my car or not. Casey took the time to check everything out. He was kind, courteous and very helpful in a timely manner. I highly recommend his auto shop to all!

Engine light had come on travelling from Thermopolis. Called into these guys and they plugged in to read codes. Cleared codes, thankfully nothing serious but were super helpful and kind! Will definitely use again when in the area. They were busy though so any major work book it in early! ?

Just moved into town and CW auto came highly recommended. After I went to CW auto I saw why.They were professional, and fast. They were booked out quite some time for repairs and I needed a new alternator. I explained that I had only the one car and needed it for job interviews and whatnot.They told me they would try and fit me in today and then asked me if I had a ride. I told them I didn't and I would try to find one. The mechanic looked to a lady and said "mom can you give them a ride?" Without hesitation Bev said "yes" and helped us get home.4 hours later I got a call to get my car and it's working great now.Thank you guys for going above and beyond.Service: Electrical

I cannot say how much I appreciate everyone at CW Auto. I send everyone I know here. They’ve worked on my Ford, Audi, Jeep — gas and Diesel engines. If my Can-Am side by side needs anything, this is where it’ll go too. As it turns out, there are some honest, enthusiastic, reasonable, and kind mechanics out there. Casey has always been prompt and honest with me, often going above and beyond by squeezing me in, answering questions over the phone, dealing with a neurotic German car, and he has never tried to sell me something I didn’t need. If something unexpected is found, Casey (the owner of the shop) often calls personally to explain the issue, the findings, and the solution in a manner that anybody can understand. This place is doing good work on any brand of car. Give CW Auto a shot regardless of what brand or age of car you have because they’ll get you exactly what you need. If you have a foreign car, this is also a great place for that. Well-trained and ready for any task. Thank you, CW Auto.
