They got my tuneup and oil change done super fast, and the drop off and pick up was very easy. They recommended I fix an issue with my breaks, but said I could wait until the next oil change to do so, which made me feel way less pressured to spend a lot of money all at once. Highly recommend!

Had a fuel filter give out while passing through town. They were able to get us in quick in the morning, very professional and did a great job. Friendly, knowledgable staff that helped get us home safely. Highly recommend!

Hi, last September we were on vacation and our truck broke down. We had our truck towed into Sheridan. We were pressed for time as we were toward the end of our vacation and needed to get back home in northern Nevada. The tow truck driver said to take the truck to DuAll, so we had the truck towed there.At DuAll we explained our situation and even though they were fully booked they got the truck in That same day and had it fixed by the next morning. I work at a tractor dealership so I am familiar with how a shop is supposed to run.The people at DuAll are the Absolute Best example of Quality Work, Customer Respect, Super Clean Shop, Fair Pricing!DuAll's shop is full of Integrity, Honesty, Quality Work and understanding for the customers situation.Now it is 9 months later and our truck is still running great which is a testament to the quality of DuAll's repairs.To the guys at DuAll's "Thank You Very Much for saving our vacation and repairing our truck so we could get back home in time to get back to work in time, you guys are Amazing!!!"Services: General repairs & maintenance

I need to have a new fuel pump installed in a 1991 Pace Arrow that we are resurrecting. We had it towed to Duall and on a Monday it was installed, oil changed, all fluids checked, and a new universal join installed by Tuesday the next day!! Who does that Duall did it!!

The guys at DuAll are FANTASTIC. Recently, my AC stopped working and would only blow out hot air, a miserable problem during the summertime. They were able to squeeze me in at the end of the day to diagnose the problem and when I arrived, they were all hands on deck to get my system fixed. They walked me through everything they were checking, allowing me to understand the components in the AC system a little better, all while practically doing backbends to diagnose the issue. I ended up driving away an hour later with ice cold air blowing through my hair. I couldn't have asked for better service from a mechanic team and I know where I'll be bringing my car in the future if I have any further problems. Thank you DuAll!Service: A/C installation & repair

Wonderful service and on a Monday morning. Called their location and they were willing to get me in for service. I tried my "Dealer" but had to schedule for following week, another diesel repair place said scheduled out to September. I am a 70 year old full time rver and live on the road so I NEED my vehicle. Thank you again for your service. I highly recommend them.

Our Suburban broke down while passing through Sheridan. They were able to get us in early than expected. The vehicle had some pretty mysterious issues but Travis didn’t let up trying to fix it. He communicated with me each step of the way and was ALWAYS professional. He and his co-workers showed genuine care about my situation. The repair took several days due to the difficulty of it. I am very satisfied with their work. Too bad they are 12 hours away from my home! I really couldn’t recommend this place enough for your automotive repairs.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Hands down fantastic level of service! This place is busy, but took an hour of time to look over our RV for overheating issues, while we were 1,800 miles from home. Friendly employess at a fair price. If you should find yourself stuck near Sheridan Wyoming you are stuck in a friendly welcoming town. We had to make lemonade out of our ? while there
