Staff was very friendly and easy to work with, Kari, and Tony were very helpful while I was looking at a truck, Kari was great finalizing the sale and the gentleman that did the final paperwork was very thorough in explaining everything. And after all was said and done Jessica helped out on getting another detail worked out for me! It was a Great experience!

I had an amazing experience shopping with Fremont Ford in Sheridan, and it really started with Anthony! He kept me excited about the new purchase and made it a very easy process. In the past, buying a new vehicle for myself felt like a long process and a little on the stressful side. There was a couple of good choices I had in mind with the selection they had. Anthony made the process very easy and stress free, while being the missing key for me to narrow down the right vehicle. Fremont Ford in Sheridan has my business, and they sure have a good one on their squad!

Was happy with the overall experience of my car buying purchase. Came in to trade my Honda in and ended up leaving in a Ford Edge.I worked with the gentleman who greeted me at the door his name is Tony, he made the whole process simple and a fun time. Recently visited this dealership and overall had a great experience. I was particularly impressed with the help I received from one of the workers there named Tony. Not only was he kind and helpful with all of my questions he did everything in his power to get me a great deal and make car buying as seamless as possible. Very impressed by this young man.

We travel with our RV during the summer and try to stay in Sheridan or Buffalo, WY for a month. I have a 2022 Ford F-250 7.3L gas and I called Fremont for service. An oil change and rotate and balance the tires. The earliest was 2 weeks out. This happens often with Ford Dealers so I started going to Firestone Complete Care Centers. At most I wait a day for quality service. This time I went to:2079 Coffeen AveSheridan, WY 82801Great customer service, awesome staff.

My entire family was on our way to Glacier NP in Montana when our Ford Expedition broke down (pulling a camper) Saturday Morning in the small town of Buffalo, WY. No one in Buffalo was open or could work on my vehicle over the weekend. We were stranded in Northern Wyoming and our vacation was going to be ruined. Fremont Ford helped explain what could be wrong, verified they had the parts, and told me they could fit me in that afternoon if I could get the vehicle towed to their shop by noon. Since the pandemic, so many places are short staffed and can not help for weeks to months. I was absolutely blown away by the staff at Freemont. Wyatt was more than exceptional and helped me save my vacation. They had me fixed and back on the road (with my camper and family) by 2:30 that same day! The only better outcome I could have hoped for would have been to not break down in the first place. Thank you Fremont Ford Sheridan!
