I have stopped in several times just to look. Michael Haywood has been so wonderful to visit with! He answers my questions and shows me what's new on the lot. Amazing and courteous! I will definitely be buying my car from him!!

We were passing through Sheridan, WY, needed an oil change, found Fremont Toyota service on line, called based on their 5 star review and easily made an appt. This is definitely a 5 star service. Emily greeted us, looked up our VIN to see if we had a service plan, let us know up front the cost for planned service and communicated with us when her technician found an issue. The technician was very thorough with the multi-point inspection. Emily explained well the results of this inspection. We were in and out and were extremely satisfied with Emily and the whole team!

This is the best Toyota Service Center I’ve ever been. Emily was very helpful helping me when I was there. I was on a road trip from North Carolina. Not only Emily but I heard all their staff talking to their clients very politely and being very helpful. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for what you do. I’m very impressed by Not only your service but your hospitality as well.

Service advisor, Tyler McGary, is a total rock star.My wife and i broke down, and had our car towed in to Fremont Toyota.Tyler checked out our car and found major engine damage due to a blown oil line. he was kind enough to let us store our vehicle long enough to arrange a tow back home.He was an absolute professional, in every way, and made a horrible situation for us, a much easier task to deal with.I very seldom write a review of anything, but could not pass up the opportunity to let people know of the great people at this dealership, and of course a heartfelt thank you to Tyler himself.

Payed for oil change and tire rotation. Not sure if I got the oil changed but the tire I marked hadn't been moved.

We had an emergency with our 2020 Subaru Outback on a road trip, heading back to Denver--the front passenger-side window would not roll up, and it was raining. Joe got us on the road almost immediately! Our highest praise for, and greatest thanks to, Joe.

Andre in parts is always super friendly and knowledgeable about what you need without all of the extra nonsense you won't need. He explains what each part does and why it is relevant to replacing if you're questioning it's necessity. Would definitely recommend their parts department to anyone that needs help.
