Uneven and super patchy. I should have done my research well but I never expected it to turn out like this I had to go back and correct the color and this is after the correction. I burst out crying in the salon, it's the first time I ever did that just seeing how can someone not tell when they look at what they are doing that it's completely the opposite not even .1 percent close to what I asked for.

I went to Hana three times for a haircut and each time I left with the haircut she wanted to give me rather than what I asked for.I have long straight hair. I’m not that complicated.My sense is that she wants to go on autopilot and pull from a limited reservoir of her own expertise rather than treat each client like a unique person, and give them what they want or what they are asking for. It was a simple request each time: a blunt cut with the sides long and no more than 1/2” of layering at the bottom.Each time, she happily received her fee and my 20% tips, and when I told her the third time I was unhappy she asked me to come back to the shop and show her what was wrong. I took time out of my day to to this, she listened, made a proposal to do the thing I asked for in the first place, then gave me a fake smile as I said goodbye.It was the fake smile that really hurt.My sense was that she was not very sincere about helping me, didn’t really care that I was unhappy, more concerned that it made her look bad.In summary it was my experience that she doesn’t really care about people and doing a good job; she just wanted to expend the least amount of energy, take her fees and tips and get on with her day.I hope she learns from this feedback, and becomes a better hairdresser because of it.Service: Hairstyling

Miros does an AMAZING job, no matter how badly you’ve trashed your hair or need a cut from a long time away from the salon. She’s professional, kind and a wonderful artist!

I had a fabulous experience getting a haircut with Miros. I had a series of bad haircuts prior to my appointment with her and she took the time to listen to what I wanted as well as provided her professional advice when I asked. She was so friendly and kind, and paid very meticulous attention to details. She also scheduled me for a followup at no additional charge! The salon was clean and it was a very nice atmosphere. Moved to the area about 6 months ago. Literally just picked Ginger Salon off the internet, and I guess I got lucky because this is a fantastic salon! My stylist is Miros, and I can’t say enough good things about her! She gives me a great cut, and she’s consistent from month to month on the cut, which I really appreciate. She spends time, and really cares about her clients. She is just a beautiful person, inside and out! I’ve fallen in love with the signature Aveda scent, Shampure. Oh my goodness, it smells so good!! I recently purchased the shampure essential oil, and use it in every way possible! Delightful!

My first appointment, I was accepted as a walk in. My cut was great and styled beautifully by Cierra. My second appointment was also with Cierra for color. She nailed exactly what I described to her. My hair looks the best it has ever looked! I highly recommend this salon and go to Cierra; the best!!

My facial by Cierra Collins was an awesome experience! The products that she used were high grade and natural. Her expertise in her technique and knowledge outstanding! Very professional. I have very sensitive skin, it turns red easily especially with new products. After my appointment, my skin was not red it was glowing and luminous. I am a nurse and wear a mask at work my whole shift. My skin was breaking out and feeling rough. After the microdermabrasion and the magical skin treatment my skin was smooth, soft and radiant. Highly recommend
