The staff is extremely rude. They continue to not have prescriptions that I need in stocks. And, as of my last visit, the pharmacist was trying to go against a doctors orders.

Rx quantity incorrect. Delivery person is super rude. Am a new ''transferred'' patient. Tried to ask a question about the price and quantity and he turned and just stormed down the hallway. Rx in hand. So am left with no diabetes meds for the next 4 days. No one there seems too concerned. Maybe more business than they need. Appears I made a big mistake,

Tested positive for covid this morning. This pharmacy does not carry paxlovid. Was assured that my 3 prescriptions were transferred to Walmart pharmacy. Get there and find out that only 1 was transferred, and it's not even the paxlovid. So I sat in Walmart (the last place I should be) for half an hour. Everyone makes mistakes, but to mess up with a covid positive patient is completely unacceptable. Still gave 3 stars because everyone involved hurried to fix it. Who likes sitting on a bench in a store when you are literally the sickest and crumbiest you've ever felt. Attempting to be reasonable, as this is the first negative experience I've had at Hospital Pharmacy.

Very nice, welcoming staff, always. Some pharmacies have staff that treat you like you are bothering them during rushed times. Never here. With my insurance I pay .39€ cents for one prescription and in Billings, Montana I would have to pay $36.00 for the same item. Gigantic, huge, tremendous price difference. This pharmacy is located in Historic downtown Main Street business district. You feel the History of it on the outside & inside.
